When it rained we had a large pool of water just inside the door and it did not fit very well so we always had a draught .The meals were always warm but you never catered for english meals so we had to eat out all the time and being Scottish we always drink tea at meal times but couldnt get

Reception staff excellent ,a special mention for Belle she dealt with a minor issue very professionaly.Always polite and friendly. Bed was very comfortable.
Would have to say our opinion was that the food was ok ! Breakfast and salad in the evening could not be faulted.but hot evening meals were a bit hit and miss.

The cocktails were good, staff friendly, entertainment was enjoyable with different types of shows. Rooms were clean.
The snacks between meals are bad, you can get food if they bother to bring some or just peanuts and chips if they don't. The eating intervals are kind of short (2h, 1.5h, 2h) and not all of the food is replenished throughout the short interval. The food was ok but we've had better at 3 star hotels. Not a lot of diversity and they even burnt some of the food.

Very pleasant stay - great location, comfy beds, friendly staff and I found the food selection and quality to be of a good standard. The pool area isn’t massive and isn’t fully in the sun all day if that’s a problem for you, the beach is a few minutes walk away. We arrived at 2am and they had left us some food which was much appreciated - the night staff were lovely.
