Pros:The staff were friendly enough. I arrived early and was allowed to check in a few hours before the usual 3pm check-in time. The place felt safe and secure - coded gates kept out anyone who wasn't a registered guest. The bed was comfortable, the AC worked well to keep the room at a good temperature. The room came with a kitchenette - microwave, fridge, sink. The pool was clean and refreshing.
Cons:During my 10 minute morning shower, the water bounced from hot to freezing 20 times without warning. The shower didn't smell clean - small standing stall shower in an unventilated bathroom. As others had mentioned, the room smelled strongly of cleaning chemicals when I checked in: Fabuloso and bleach. It is an older building on a main highway and there is noise. My room had windows but no view of anything - a wall was 4 feet away from my window blocking all light and scenery.

Pros:The owner Neil was very welcoming. The rooms are remodeled, spacious and super clean. Bed and pillows were comfortable and smelled good. The shower was awesome with crazy good water pressure. BEST SHOWER!!!! Definitely staying here again.

Pros:to be fair: Its not Motel 6 and at least its quiet at night.
Cons:the older man who was the manager/owner/front desk clerk or whatever he was, was really ehmm.... i had asked if we could cancel our stay (i had booked 2 nights in advance) since this place wasnt close to where we had work the next 2 days farther in the area. We were rejected for that. Fine. However, the place smells like old dust and air freshener, a bad combo. We had to air out the place the whole day. And while I had tried to cancel our stay, he was telling us 'Oh this place is usually $180 a night, i dont know why you would cancel'. Are you for real? Its always under 70 bucks and for $180 I'd go to the Sheraton!!

Pros:The hotel is near a major street not too far from downtown Palm Springs; yet, it is quiet and peaceful. The room was cozy. I absolutely loved the bed sheets; they were so soft I didn't want to get out of bed. The outside is well maintained. I am definitely coming back.

Pros:it's just a humble little motel on the outskirts of town. I didn't expect much and i didn't get much...but it was clean and affordable and a good night's sleep.

Cons:The sheets were stained and the bed was very hard. The room had mismatched furniture that was too small for the room.
