Pros (+) You could have provided breakfast. Your failure to anticipate a change in COVID level was irresponsible. Some other amenities like TP single ply for a classy Marriott was outrageous. I would love to know how you blamed that on Convid. Sorry, I expected a lot more.

Cons (-) With Covid restrictions I left feeling cheated, no access to golf, fitness inside or out, stuck in my room for 3 days!

Pros (+) The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The location was great and the property was very nice
Cons (-) The shuttle service was slow, front desk staff were not customer service oriented and the pillows were flat as hell.
