Pros (+) Convenience to events I was attending. The ability to walk to The Gardens Mall and the Downtown area is perfect. Lovely property, My fourth stay here.

Pros (+) Overall the stay was relaxing staff very friendly and helpful I had a late checkout due to late flight departure. Beds very comfortable. Nice view lakeside room.
Cons (-) Had a late airline departure notified front desk went for lunch returned room key didn't work staff cleared it up TV remote didn't work properly probably just needed batteries...
