Excellent 9,0
Pros: Seclusion, comfort, beautiful Mayan themed decor, personable owner and wonderful service. As an example, prior to our arrival Gilberto made arrangements for a very knowledgeable guide to the Palenque site which enhanced our visit, as well as organize a preferred driver (Sergio) to take us to the sites of Bonampak & Yaxchilan. It was a long day but well worth it and unexpectedly the hotel had coffee and breads prepared before our 6am start. The food was all excellent and for a vegetarian, the restaurant has some exceptionally tasty & unusual offerings.
Cons: Mosquitoes by the jungly pool area, but reception has repellent if you forget to bring some.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Location and excellent staff.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Every thing about this place was great and even the owner who told us lots about Mayan history
Good 7,0
Cons: Breakfast was inadequate and excessively sugary. No protein, only fruit and sweetbread. No option of a healthy breakfast or a substantial breakfast. The least satisfactory breakfast experience of a three week tour of Mexico.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Courteous staff — proactive and helpful but discreet. Helpful owner, excellent restaurant with varied menu. Beautiful pool and grounds.
Cons: Liked everything.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: This is my idea of heaven - the gardens with the lake filled with terrapins and fish, and exotic birdlife, and the collection of pools to sit beside and listen to the birds, in perfect peace, we enjoyed lunch sat beside the lagoon and then a fabulous aftrenoon beside the pool. We left feeling so relaxed. The food was fabulous, and great selection of local and international dishes so you have plenty of choice and the best Margharitas - infact we have benchmarked them as the pinnacle by which all others will be judged! The room was large and very compfortable, with seating areas inside and out, with howler monkeys in the trees, the noise at night is just fabulous with all the sounds of the tropical forest lulling you to sleep. A special mention for the owner Raphael and his team, they are just so lovely and helpful. we could only stay three nights as they we fully booked, but I would head back without hesittation should I ever be in the neighbourhood again. We took a long days trip up to Yaxchilan which was amazing although tiring, and the ruins at Palenque are some of the finest we have seen throughout the peninsula, we didn't see much of the town as the hotel and grounds were just so amazing.
Good 7,0
Pros: One of the very best, swimming pools "in nature" one could ever imagine! several beautiful pools situated in a well planned but natural looking jungle, we heard the howler monkey family and saw many birds! The main welcome structure is a huge Mayan sort of "tower" of reeds and bamboo. The mattress was excellent! my friend and I shared it and it was perfect for the two of use. The shower was BIG and had tons of great hot water and water pressure. Our large room had its own terrace with oversize chairs. It was super super quiet and there are only a few rooms here so it was a restful place to stay. The owner came to talk to us each day at our table and is passionate about the local indigenous culture and monuments. We loved the handmade soap in the bathroom and that a hairdryer was already there we did not have to ask for it. Sparkling clean! The natural part of the premises was so very beautiful! There were some really interesting old woven pieces as the artwork in our room and in the dining and reception that were very nicely chosen, beautiful, ceramics and such. The owner being both German and Italian spoke many languages and the dinner menu included cuisine from these places. We loved the dumplings and ordered them twice at dinner. Very ample breakfast.
Cons: There was one waiter who acted in an exaggerated way in order to ingratiate himself to us and actually stood at our table the last day saying that "this was his last shift" and hint hint we needed to leave him a tip. This was unpleasant. The AC unit when in high was very noisy. The light switches were really confusing and the room was overlit: also the fixtures themselves were all of different style types which broke the overall aesthetic in this hotel. The food was "OK" but a bit expensive we felt. There were no screens so you did not have an option to sleep in the normal night temperature. We did see in the photos when we booked that the place was kind of a Palenque "wonderland" in that there is a fake Palenque style tower on the premises and that the buildings are ornamented heavily with sculpted ornament. Some people might really love this, but as artists we found it a bit kitsch. Also the furniture in general was dark, very heavy in look and "Tiki" in flavor and seemed the size for very tall men, not for women of 5' in height: our bathroom sink was almost at shoulder height.

Excellent 9,0
Pros: Nice and friendly staff
Cons: I asked for a quiet room and was given one on the street. They changed it but the one I had was still noisy
Excellent 9,0
Pros: Great location- close to the ruins and in the leafy la Can(y)ada area that had lots of great restaurants. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Everything was very clean and the pool area was very nice. The hotel helped us arrange some great tours of the area- it is definitely worth staying multiple days in the area. The Bonampak tour was very interesting, unique murals (long day but worth it) and the waterfall tour- Misol Ha and Aqua Azules was better than we expected. Very unique karst waterfalls with great trail to walk along and swimming holes, local food and craft vendors. We had previously arranged a tour with Viator to Bonampak before we arrived but they were a no show so we were glad the hotel had a nice tour we could reserve for the next day.
Cons: Our room had a problem with the key but they quickly worked on the problem and then switched us to another room.
Excellent 9,0
Pros: The location is great. And the pool as well. Good breakfast.
Good 7,0
Pros: I liked that there was a little fridge in the room. We were able to keep food for our child. The balcony was a nice bonus but sadly our view was of a wall.
Cons: The walls are paper thin. YOU CAN HEAR EVERYTHING! The traffic outside, other guests conversations out in the hall, when they slam the doors, the restaurant staff downstairs. Super noisy! We weren't asked if we wanted a quiet room either, knowing we were there with a child.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Lovely hotel, attentive staff, great location

Excellent 10,0
Pros: Beautiful grounds, comfortable beds, good food, convenient to ruins, good wifi, nice pools.
Excellent 9,0
Pros: Restaurant food & staff great. Pool magnificent.
Cons: Although I made the reservation for two rooms, I was told I would be charged when we arrived. We got there 2 hrs before check in & they had already charged BOTH rooms to my visa although that was just to hold the booking as others were planning to pay. When they credited my visa, the rate had changed so I ended up paying $19 more as the charge & refund conversion were not the same. As the refund didn’t show up until AFTER we’d left, Although the charges appeared the same day, there was nothing I could do.
Okay 4,2
Pros: Looks good from the outside
Cons: It may look good on the outside but for us it was a great disappointment in many ways. Above all the food is terrible and since the hotel is located quite outside everything else you kind of depend on it. Furthermore the beds are quite uncomfortable and its super noisy in the morning so it’s difficult to sleep. The pool looks nice but there are way to few chairs to find a place because it’s all occupied pretty soon. The laundry service was the greatest impudence. They charged us 80 Euros (1700 MXN)!! for one laundry service (normally 100-150 pesos in Mexican hotels) For us our stay at Chan Kah was the greatest disappointment and we would definitely not recommend it at all!
Excellent 9,0
Pros: This resort is amazing. We really loved it here.
Good 7,0
Pros: The jungle setting was fun and the Pool area is great.
Cons: Beds were hard.
Okay 5,0
Pros: This hotel is let down by the rooms. They are nothing more than very basic cabins. There is no WiFi in the rooms, no facility for coffee, no fridge or minibar. The bed is hard and the pillows solid. The shower is a dingy concrete cubicle, the towels skimpy. There is no privacy unless you keep curtains closed at all times. The decor is cheap and gaudy, with plastic chairs. The restaurant is mediocre, they offer adequate international cuisine, but cannot provide a cup of black tea anywhere on site. Fortunately I took my own teabags, typical Brit abroad, and was charged £3 at the onsite Starbucks for a cup of boiling water. Inexcusable. For a better restaurant walk 15 minutes along the road to El Bajlum This is such a shame as the pool is fabulous, the tropical landscaping is lovely, and the layout all well designed. The staff are wonderful, really kind, friendly and helpful, and I feel sad for them that I have to complain about what the top management provide.
Cons: This could be a lovely hotel if they made the rooms more comfortable and improved their facilities. And how hard it is to provide black tea?
Excellent 9,0
Pros: Lovely surroundings - howler monkeys at night. Hotel extremely clean
Cons: We are in the restaurant for dinner and breakfast. Waiters very attentive. However most of the food seemed to be cold. Had a Mexican platter and only one item was hot. Not sure if this is usual.
Poor 1,0
Pros: The pool is great.
Cons: The reception workers are awful. I paid for the hotel online 1825 peso including breakfast, the people in the reception told me that i need to pay the taxes and i said no problem, but then, the showed me a fake recipt where it says that i paid only 1620 peso, and asked me for 450 peso taxes insted of 247. They accused me for theft and even had a worker from booking to call me and saying that if i dont pay i need to pay the full price. The worker from booking was rude and didnt want to listen. Eventually, after 3 hours fighting they decided to give up and we decided that we continue when the boss arives. When the boss arived they printed a fake recipt again and i asked where is the original one anx they said they dont know what i speaking about. Sadly for them i kept the original one and went to my room to get it and showed it to their boss who was shocked from their behaviour. He offerd me as a Compensation to give me back 247 peso, are you serious?! My mom came all the way back from israel to visit me and i spend 3 hours fighting with your laying worker and 1 hour with you and thats all you give me?! Bonuse point: We went to get the "vip relaxing massage" Worst Massage In My Life. My neck is stuck and back hurt after the massage, the wprkers werent nice, the room was freezing, and the massage was painful. Ill never be back. And i except from you booking for a Compensation. I paid a lot of money for a really shitty experiense and im very very mad.

Excellent 8,0
Pros: The hotel is in a lovely eco park location with many local restaurant choices. The swimming pool and lounge facilities are of a high standard. Plenty of places to relax outside your room, and that is a good thing. Small, but very well maintained garden. On site secure parking is essential as streets are narrow and there does not seem to be any off site parking available.
Cons: The rooms are relatively small, decor and furnishings are starting to look a little tired. Only one chair in the room. Rooms that face onto the hotel carpark can be noisy as drivers sound their horns to attract attention of staff to open security doors. When dining at the restaurant you cannot bill to your room but must pay each time. A minor inconvenience but leaves the impression that as a guest you are not trusted even when staying for multiple days.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Great location, lots of restaurants nearby , the price cannot be beat for what this hotel has to offer
Excellent 9,0
Pros: Nice pool, good wifi
Cons: Restaurant food was low quality
Good 7,0
Pros: Nice pool area.
Cons: Staff were very rude on check in to me, and not helpful.
Good 7,0
Pros: Basic room. But the location is nice nearby restaurants.
Cons: We got locked out of our room because they forgot we had a second night.
Excellent 9,0
Pros: Beautiful hotel with a nice room, air conditioner and free water and coffee machine. Perfect pool plus jacuzzi outside! Very nice staff. We did not have breakfast in the hotel but we were able to have it in our own room, because of the coffee machine, a big fridge and a table in the hotel room! Hotel is just a few minutes from the ADO bus station in a calm and green street.
Excellent 8,0
Pros: Free secured parking. Spacious room for or familly of 5 (with extra bed).
Cons: Restaurant is cheap but really not good
Excellent 9,6
Pros: Perfect stay! Great pool, good service (although English is a problem for bar staff), very clean (in fact they seem to be cleaning the place constantly) and all rooms close to the pool!
Cons: All fine!

Excellent 8,0
Pros: The resort type environment. Spacious room.
Cons: Too many insects crawling on the floor. Terrible to see some spiders which are quite big in size. The bed sheet and pillow cover are not clean enough. I can see some dirty stains on them.
Excellent 8,8
Pros: Loved the outdoor spaces and staff
Cons: The room was a bit small and there wasn’t anyplace you hang wet clothing.
Excellent 9,0
Pros: The bed was very comfortable
Cons: The howler monkeys woke me up too early
Good 7,1
Pros: If you need a break between bus travel, the Nututum is a very relaxing hotel with a nature pool for swimming. You even get a massage and feel fresh to travel further. Breakfast has many options.
Cons: It is outside, so you need a taxi all the time.
Good 7,5
Pros: All staff we encountered were lovely. The grounds of the hotel are great, including the river, pool and wildlife. Close to the ruins.
Cons: It’s a little outdated.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: We have stayed here on numerous occasions and have always had a great experience. The hotel sitting on the banks of the Rio Chacamax is so amazing. The breakfast buffet (included in room rate is excellent).
Cons: No complaints
Okay 4,0
Pros: Restaurant food was good and the restaurant staff were excellent.
Cons: Extremely loud music playing both evenings we stayed, the music could be heard across the whole of the premises and the windows in our bathroom we're stuck open so it was very loud in our room. The first night they turned off the music around 9pm but the second night it continued until at least 11pm. On top of this the hotel accommodates large groups, making plenty of noise until late at night, screaming and partying. There are reviews talking about how relaxing this hotel is, and hearing the local wildlife. This was not our experience at all as the loud music prevented us from relaxing and we didn't hear any wildlife at all. On top of this, there was no hot water in the shower and the shower head didn't spray the water. The drain was also blocked so the whole bathroom floor flooded. On check in, the staff charged a card I used to confirm the booking and would not allow me to pay with cash or a different card. The staff didn't seem to recognise any issue with any of our complaints, unaware there was a problem.

Excellent 10,0
Pros: The hotel is absolutely great. Beautiful hotel territory with a lot of plants and flowers, nice swimming pool. Great restaurant, very helpful staff. The location is absolutely great, just near the Aluxes Ecopark zoo and 10 min ride to Zona Arqueologica with beautiful Maya pyramids and jungles. 5 min ride to the town.
Excellent 8,0
Pros: Nice and clean rooms, hotel close to the archeological site, hotel well maintained
Cons: Poor wifi in the room, no hot water in the evening
Good 7,0
Pros: Nice and quiet rooms, the hotels offers nice facilities like spa, gym and 2 pool areas.
Cons: Breakfast could be better
Excellent 8,0
Pros: Large suite, quiet pool in rear away from families and loud kids in main pool. Scarlet Macaws (wild) flying over property and roosting on telecom poles. Restaurant Bakjim a close walk to hotel. Hotel food so-so.
Cons: Large cow pasture with loud cows on neighboring property. Didn't come to the jungle for that, but this region is plagued by this problem and would not return. Palenque ruins are worldclass but overrun with vendodores (sellers of cheap trinkets) who are allowed inside the park grounds.
Good 7,0
Pros: Location was good. A 50 pesos ride to town. I liked the feel of being in the jungle. There is a large clean pool which was enjoyable after a busy day. Overall the property was well kept. Rooms were well used but clean. Great shower....good hot water.
Cons: The restaurant was very poor. This property has bus tours coming through so I don't understand why the food couldn't be better. The four of us went into town to eat each day. Good restaurants in town.
Okay 5,0
Pros: Everything was great, beautiful grounds, close to the ruins.
Cons: The beds were hard - which I expect in Mexico, but I was hoping for something a little softer.

Pros: It is within walking distance of palenque ruins, that’s the only plus point of this dated hotel. Service was dreadful, the ‘restaurant’ only serves breakfast and 3 simple options for lunch. It is closed in the evenings and a taxi ride into town is needed for anything. Being close to the ruins is good, but there are many other hotels near the ruins, stay in one of these.
Cons: Let’s not start, let’s just say I was glad when I left. Palenque ruins were good to see, not this hotel.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: We enjoyed our stay at Casa Lakyum. It is a real jungle experience, we loved the pool, the views, the hammock at the patio and the sounds of the nature that were constantly coming from the jungle. Before our arrival the hotel helped to organise our transfers too (and the driver Eduardo was fantastic! ).
Cons: Unfortunately the restaurant does not serve any dinner. Also the receptionist wasn't really the chatty type with many recommendations.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: The hotel through out was spot less. Staff were always friendly and ready to help. The beds are very comfortable, got a great nights sleep. The views from the hotel are beautiful
Cons: There really isn't much to not like!! Only suggestions I have would be to have a kettle in the rooms and a small refrigerator.
Excellent 8,0
Pros: Everything else - big, clean room with huge window and balcony looking out onto the forest, lovely pool, great setting, an agouti in the front garden.
Cons: We included payment for breakfast in our booking but for US $15 we got the 'booking.com breakfast', as the waiter called it, of just toast, fruit and one cup of coffee (although we did manage to persuade them to give us a second cup). If we'd paid for breakfast separately, this would have cost us US $5. Will not be including breakfast in any more booking.com bookings. I suspect this is more of a booking.com problem than the fault of the hotel - the hotel felt good and I can't imagine they'd want this kind of rip off.
Excellent 9,0
Pros: The view to the mountains is worderful and its location is close the ruins and within walking distance from aluxes ecopark as well. Very convenient! Our room was spacious, clean and quiet - very much what we expected, with our own hammock!
Cons: The kitchen closes at 3pm and given the location there are only few options for dinner. The staff were very helpful arranging for takeway dinner one of our nights.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: It was a stunning view, great food and comfortable rooms! The staff was incredible and every day was a gift of relaxation! Truly a jewel in the jungle!!! The staff was so helpful and friendly, making any wish we had reality, helping with dinner plans, decision on which waterfall to go to and making food that is according to allergic needs (lactose intolerance)!
Cons: Nothing to dislike!
Excellent 9,0
Pros: Great hotel with stunning location, close to Palenque ruins, great views, friendly staff, characterful room.
Excellent 9,0
Pros: Wonderful view into the Jungle, spacious rooms with large balcony, every room with great views. You can spot dozens of jungle birds, for example red macaws (!!!), Tucans, kolobris, everything right from your balcony or the pool area. Great and affordable breakfast option, very very nice, kind, and attentive staff. Could help with every issue. Did I mention the beautiful pool? Great refreshing after a hot day at the ruins. We would definitely come back!
Cons: No Dinner in the Facility and only few options around. Walking back in the dark is a little bit scary

Pros: The location is perfect, it was really nice to spend a few days surrounded by nature and very close to the ruins

Pros: Nice and comfy camping with nice cabins... Jungle sounds from evening till morning are big adventage. Restaurant at the place, driving to pyramids takes approx. five minutes.
Excellent 8,0
Pros: Great staff, happy to assist with everything. Showers are shared but always has hot water. Great jungle atmosphere!
Cons: Not a lot of privacy in the toilet/shower area

Pros: Location! Awesome staff. Monkeys as well.
Cons: A bit noisy at times with late arrivals and such. Restaurant just so so.
Excellent 9,4
Pros: Pretty much everything.
Cons: The restaurant is very open- the one across the road is cosier especially in cool damp weather.
Excellent 9,0
Pros: Super friendly and helpful staff! Gorgeous garden with peacocks and howler monkeys. Walk distance to the ruins and Aluxes ecopark. Highly recommend!
Mediocre 2,0
Pros: Beautiful location
Cons: From the front desk to the restaurant to the internet nothing worked. Ordering a coffee or a taxi seemed to be the most difficult thing in the world. You have to pay for water. Our bill never added up. The staff had no idea what they were doing. Everything from the restaurant cake wrong and the internet didn’t work. An absolute joke. Pool was first and much smaller than it looks in the pics.

Pros: Food was good! Little sitting area in the room was nice for a rainy afternoon. Howler Monkeys spectacle during the night included for free :)
Cons: Bit pricy for the region.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Very nice hotel in Palenque. The hotel has a large, nice garden, a very nice swimmingpool with a lot of sunloungers, a big restaurant and a spa. The room is very spacious, with a good bathroom, nice shower with good hot water, great beds and we had a balcony with chairs and a nice view overlooking the garden. There is enough space to park your car. The centre of Palenque, which is very nice and has a good vibe, can be reached by foot, 15 minutes, and by car in 2 minutes. The jungle sounds are very nice. The Palenque ruines can be reached by car within 15 minutes. We had a great time!

Cons: Hoards of coach tourists descend late afternoon, but leave after breakfast and you can have the pool virtually to yourself until the next afternoon around 5pm when the next lot arrive

Pros: Lovely older hotel. Nicely renovated main bathrooms. Rooms were nice and clean except for cobwebs above mirror in bathroom. Still a nice place and would stay here again.
Cons: The only real issue that bothered us was what we were charged for a beer or bottle of water. 47 pesos for a beer and 40 pesos for a bottle of water is way over the top.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: nice rooms, facilities and pool. not crowdy (we stay during week) and very close to get to zona archeologica. Staff very friendly and helpful. Poll have quite nice slide for kids ( little dangerous). Breakfast enjoyable.

Cons: The pool slide. A bit dangerous

Cons: Nothing
Excellent 9,6
Pros: Very central, clean, comfortable, nice staff and private parking.. couldn’t ask for more!
Cons: Everything was great!
Excellent 8,0
Pros: We stayed overnight in Palenque. The hotel was a 15minute walk from the bus station. Our room was available before the check in time. The location was close to the zocolo (the city's square) and a major shopping street. When we had to leave early the next day, the staff was accommodating and offered breakfast 30 minutes earlier before the official start.
Cons: The internet was not always reliable. The pillows were a bit hard.
Excellent 8,8
Pros: - beautiful spacious room - the whole house is very nice - tasty breakfast - nice owner
Cons: - our toilet was making us crazy every day, details not necessary, but it wasn’t working properly not even once, we were more like plumbers than hotel guests
Excellent 8,0
Pros: - good location one block from Palenque center - clean room and toilet/shower - nice house in Mexican style - easy parking on the curb or across the street in a free garage
Cons: - cash only as payment option

Pros: I liked everything!
Cons: Nothing

Pros: This girl is very nicely situated, was very quiet and was extremely clean. The shower had good pressure with hot water. The A/C worked very well. The breakfast is basic but good: tea or coffee, fruit and today with jam.

Excellent 9,6
Pros: Ideal for a short stop over to visit the archeological sites. Clean and comfortable double at a reasonable price.
Mediocre 2,9
Pros: I booked a room in the hotel on the basis of the good review it received and because of the location and the cultural experience I was hoping to receive. being a world travel and have already experienced different localities /hotels/ hostels/ resorts/ boutique hotels in Mexico. I must say that this hotel was the worst experience I had. I left my shoes to dry out on the terrace one day and the moment I realized that I lost it. I emailed and called the hotel and they said that they will look for it. once I retired to Chiapas after couple of days. they told me that they didn't find it. after making sure that I m serious about this shoe - not for its price but out of the principle that I dislike being robbed in a place that is full of cameras and in a place that is suppose to be respectful. they said that they will check the camera monitor during that day . after I returned in couple of days - they said they couldn't tell. - Maybe it was a ghost. that doesnt matter - what matters is that I will be returning to Chiapas in couple of days and will be filling a police claim in the hope that this hotel learns its lesson faster in the future. Best, Gheen Hamed
Cons: robbery.
Good 7,5
Pros: Cheap way to stay overnight near to archeologic zone and bus terminal.
Cons: Ear plugs needed! The walls from room to the main corridor are very thin, so you can hear everything from early morning.
Excellent 8,0
Pros: The surrounding area was very nice compared to the town of palenque.

Pros: nice pool
Cons: This hotel is old and would definitely need upgrade. Bed is old, room smells humidity, irregular water pressure and burning hot or frigid cold at the same time. For a convention hotel, wifi that works would be a good idea. very far from the center
Good 7,5
Pros: Clean, very nice pool areas.
Cons: Lacks charm and personality
Good 7,1
Pros: Clean, large rooms, airconditioned, there is a pool and parking and it’s close to a large super market. The staff is kind though the person at the reception did his best to speak English to us - he did not speak well enough to assist us with any questions or concerns (just beginner level English).
Cons: This Hotel could be nice and maybe it was once worth 4 stars. However, it is missing basic facilities and the level of attention you would expect from a hotel at this level. The rooms are very simple, bland and lack character and luxury. The beds are marketed as double beds but they are large single beds (120 cm in our room) so if you want to sleep comfortably be aware that it’s not suitable for more than 2 people (unfortunately for us, we were 3) the beds are also VERY hard. There is no lift or help with carrying your luggage and a lot of stairs. There is NO MINIBAR or fridge at the room. We went to the Chedraui to buy a coolbox and icecubes to keep our drinks cool. We reserved for 3 people, but got only 2 towels, 2 small bottles of water and 1 glass. there is only 1 chair in the room (thus lack of attention for details I was referring to). There is a balcony, but no chairs to sit and enjoy it. The internet is not secured and does not work properly most of the time. After cleaning our room, the dirty towels were taken away - but we had to wait over 2 hours for fresh towels (we discovered this after we got back from the pool and wanted to take a shower). When we called reception - we were told that our towels are in the dryer and we will get them in a few minutes (it took a couple of hours after the call to actually get new towels). The team also ignored the ‘do not disturb’ sign, and woke us up a couple of times. In short - if you are looking for a clean place to rest for a night, it’s ok. But if you expect any kind of special stay, or luxury you’d better look further. For this price there are better options in the area.

Pros: I love everything
Cons: nothing
Excellent 9,0
Pros: Pool - restaurant - service
Cons: Hard beds
Good 7,5
Pros: - nice and helpful staff - English speaking staff - nice and clean
Cons: - we were charged more than shown on booking
Good 7,9
Pros: Good service, nice room, beautiful swimming pool and relax zone. Good Wi-Fi connection. Very good food for breakfast and other meals! Very nice stuff at the restaurant. Highly recommended!
Cons: A bit noisy in the nights as the rooms don't have maybe thick walls.
Excellent 9,6
Pros: Hotel seemed like it had a good atmosphere. Our family did not stay in hotel long enough to enjoy the pool, which looked pretty inviting, fun. Everything was clean. We pretty much only spent the evenings there since we went on a couple of all-day tours. Staff was friendly. I would go back there again but this time enjoy all day relaxing stay in the hotel. There is a supermarket a couple of blocks away.
Cons: Hotel did not have a refrigerator nor coffee; used to this in the US; otherwise everything was great.

Pros: The front staff and most of the restaurant staff were very nice and helpful. The pool was great.
Cons: I could hear the man next door singing in the shower. I was at the restaurant at opening and they served me cold coffee from the day before and charged me for it. I am pretty sure it was the restaurant morning manager.
