Some staff were amazing
It was super cold room - radiator was not on! Bathroom was super cold in morning.
High quality hotel in the middle of Oxford. I was offered a coffee and a room upgrade when I arrived. Good food in house
Wonderful hotel and fantastic staff. I stay there a lot and can’t fault it in any way.
Cosy feel, liked the table at reception and staff were so very helpful.
Lack of parking space for the car.
Breakfast was a bargain and really nice. Good sized room and big bathroom. Very willing staff who wanted to please.
It felt expensive but then Oxford is expensive. Lift very small and lots of creaky floors. Fire alarm went off twice in the night which wasn't great
