Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's excellent central location, making it convenient for exploring the city and accessing local attractions. Many found the staff to be friendly, helpful, and accommodating, with several positive mentions of smooth check-in and assistance with luggage. Cleanliness received mixed feedback: while some guests found rooms and bathrooms clean, others noted issues such as dust, unpleasant odors, and poorly maintained fixtures. Room size and comfort were often criticized, with several guests finding rooms cramped or basic for the price. Noise was a significant concern for some, especially due to external sources and poor sound insulation. Overall, the hotel is valued for its location and service, but improvements in cleanliness, room quality, and noise control are needed.
