6,7 Good
Pros: Beautiful location. Free parking.
Cons: Kitchen shut between 4.30 and 8.30 pm so no food of any kind available during this time. No snacks with any drinks from the bar No box of tissues in bathroom Lift very temperamental
8,3 Excellent
Pros: Location was good and restaurant and staff excellent.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: A warm welcome despite being early, friendly staff, very comfortable room, good dinner.
8,3 Excellent
Pros: We stayed here for 3 nights, early/mid-week. The food here is excellent and very reasonable compared to UK prices. Staff were very welcoming and helpful, especially our waiter in the evening - giving guidance on wine, the menu and local knowledge. The bed was very comfortable and the shower water pressure was strong. The hotel itself is located about 15 minutes drive outside Oviedo in a peaceful country setting.
Cons: The venue has a spa - but no gym facilities, and no tea/coffee machine in the rooms - which I would have expected in a 5 star hotel. On the last night there was a lot of noise downstairs about midnight which kept us awake for about an hour.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: 5* all the way .... what a fantastic hotel ... staff brilliant
9,6 Excellent
Pros: A lovely hotel which is mainly a wedding and events venue.
Cons: Nothing
10,0 Excellent
Pros: This is an amazing property, location, architecture, facilities, everything. Value for money has been the best we’ve had so far on our holidays and the staff couldn’t have made us feel more welcome.
Cons: The realisation that we will probably never return.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Everything and everyone! The Reception and restaurant staff were so welcoming and helpful. The bed and bedding and pillows were the best. Like sleeping on a cloud. The bathroom was modern and well equipped. Dinner was excellent and the service was lovely
Cons: Nothing
7,1 Good
Pros: It is located in a nice setting away from everything in the middle of lush green and the staff is very friendly, professional and helpful.
Cons: This is supposed to be a 4 star hotel but the room has seen a better day. there were stains in the carpet, stains on the sofa and the bathroom door had chipped paint. It all leaves a feeling that the place needs some caring. The bed was a bit too soft and I think it also needs an update on that. Then breakfast was a total disappointment: there were a lot of baked goods but they did not look fresh (it was a Monday and I think the hotel was pretty empty - so the breads and cakes might not have been delivered that day), the fruits also looked old (the pineapple even had dark yellow marks). There was good yogurt and made to order eggs any style you wanted and that was a positive thing about the breakfast.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel is in a beautiful setting and the staff were all very helpful, we couldn't fault it.

6,5 Good
Pros: the decirsyion of hotel and the rooms
Cons: The smell in the room; previous guests had been smoking in th room. We complained about this but the staff didn’t put us in another room.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: The location is ok, not within the center or the touristic part of town, but within 15 minutes of a nice walk. Considering the weather in the city is not too warm, its not bad too walk around a bit!
Cons: I really liked the hotel, nothing negative to mention.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Everything is nice
Cons: The housekeeper did not clean the rooms very well, dis not change the towels every day.
7,9 Good
Pros: A truly different and unique building in the heart of Oviedo. We were upgraded to a bigger room which had tons of room and great views across to the hills. Very comfortable bed and friendly maids.
Cons: Despite being out of the centre of town the car park was located under the building. The shopping centre attached had completely closed down meaning 2 whole floors in the car park were deserted. However the hotel still changed an extra €19 on top of the room rate, this is more than I have paid for parking anywhere. At breakfast the staff seemed a bit hassled and lots of people were waiting as things were being restocked.
6,7 Good
Pros: Rooms are spacious with large windows.
Cons: The hotel in general is due for a renovation upgrade! Beds are not comfortable.

7,9 Good
Pros: Location
7,1 Good
Pros: Beautiful old historical building. Very interesting both from inside and outside

Featured amenities include dry cleaning/laundry services, a 24-hour front desk, and multilingual staff. Self parking (subject to charges) is available onsite.
7,1 Good
Pros: Very polite staff, the location is superb, everything within walking distance.
Cons: The beds were very very soft, because of this was not able to sleep. We had a room at the street side, a lot of noise during early hours. Think they were collecting garbage and you could hear everything despite the windows were closed. The room was very warm and the airco did not cool properly.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Comfortable room, parking available close by
6,3 Good
Pros: The staff is friendly and helpful. The room was rather big.
Cons: The hotel has no services: no breakfast room, no parking, no common areas. Agreements with closeby bars and parking lots are not good deals at all. So why paying so much for a room?
8,3 Excellent
Pros: Location is great close to old town. Plenty of restaurants around. Our room was clean, modern and spacious.
Cons: The pedestrian street under the window can be noisy during the day, though we had no issues during the night.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Good breakfast at neighbouring cafe
Cons: I didn’t like the top floor room which had only windows facing the sky
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Location, flexibility, cleanliness, room
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Good location, within walking distance to the Old Town and several other bars, restaurants, and shops. Parking was convenient and affordable, only a few minutes walk from the hotel (located underneath the mall/El Corte Ingles) and we were able to take our car in and out of the garage anytime we needed to without having to pay each time (we paid at the end of our stay with the hotel @10 euro a day). Staff was friendly. Bed was surprisingly quite comfortable. We had a nice view of the church across the street as well.
Cons: Rooms were perhaps a bit dated, but still pleasant for our stay.
8,3 Excellent

Cons: breakfast was too late, only at 8am on sunday
8,0 Excellent
Pros: Nice modern design, friendly staff, proximity to city center
5,7 Okay
Pros: Nice, stylish, friendly.
Cons: Unfortunately, incredibly hard to find. You park in a separate location near the hotel. The layout of streets and signage in Oviedo is very poor and confusing. Hotel should try to highlight that for international travelers who might not be accustomed to old Euro cities.
8,0 Excellent
Pros: Warm welcoming, simpathy and professional personnel. Excelent location. Great value in terms of accomodation. Garage facility at-hand.
7,0 Good
Pros: The woman receptionist was very cheerful , friendly and hard working. We boked for the wall paper...and liked it in reality! Good variety of food in breakfast buffet, good it was available until 12
7,4 Good
Pros: Well located for items listed above
Cons:
7,4 Good
Pros: A very conveniently-located hotel, close to the bus station, restaurants and shopping areas, the room was clean, tidy and comfortable. Good value.
Cons:
6,8 Good
Pros: Design, very close to city center and various wine bars, close to train station.
Cons:
7,2 Good
Pros: The location, right in the heart of Oviedo yet within a minutes' walk of the bus and railway stations, and surrounded by useful shops, cafes, bars and restaurants; efficiency, friendliness and local knowledge of staff; ease of check-in and -out; whilst part of a chain, it feels individual enough. Relaxed and informal breakfast experience with a balanced variety of items on offer.
Cons: I don't mind the post-modern decor, but the carpet needs changing (certainly on floor 3) and possibly a revision of style. Storage in the room not great: cumbersome, rickety wardrobe that kept catching my fingers between the doors and the drawers. An armchair in the room would be appreciated. But on balance I think we'd go back to the 'Marcos'
5,2 Okay
Pros: The air conditioner worked well. The breakfast was very good. The reception staff were very helpful. The hotel was near the station (nice walking distance) and the main streets.
Cons: The beds were not very soft. The wall paper of the room was a little too vivid for relaxing.

Pros: The breakfast was good with a variety of choices, buffet style but if you need your eggs in another style there is someone to do it. They were very nice, helpful and accommodating to one's needs. They have an outdoor patio and a small bar. The area is within a suburb like neighborhood and it helps to relax. I enjoyed that. Pros: We love staying at the Barceló Cervantes. The rooms are nice and big, the beds are so comfortable and the staff has always been incredibly nice to us! (Thanks !) Pros: The staff, the design and beds. Very close to the centre of Oviedo.
Cons: Me and my girlfriend arrived late one evening after a very long day trekking and Silvia really looked after us. We were incredibly tired and hungry and she made our very brief stay really enjoyable, from ordering room service to helping us with directions for the next day, all in perfect English, which was a massive help with our basic level of Spanish! The hotel, although obviously designed for business customers still manages to be warm and welcoming, with nice little touches you get at high end hotels, like a pillow menu and heated mirror in the bathroom. The beds were comfortable and the shower/bath was excellent.

Pros: Big bathroom.
Cons: The stuff were not very helpful or nice. A four star hotel? Felt old and dirty, definitely need a upgrade. Quite far walking distance to the center.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: It was within walking distance of the shopping center and the cider restaurants. They also have secure parking. They explained the map to us and directed us. They allowed us to leave our car in the garage, go shopping before we went on our way to our next destination. The hotel was well signposted.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Lovely looking pool, didnt get a chance to use it. Nice rooms, good quality business type hotel. Secure garage parking.
Cons: Bar staff were slow. A little bit of a walk into the town.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Great room (2 bedrooms - one for us one for the kids) Very clean Nice swimming pool Very helpful receptionist If you have kids, playground just in front of the hotel
Cons: No bathtub- which is always better for kids A bit more than 10 minutes from city center (walking)
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Good location and amenities, friendly staff, very nice breakfast. Staff in particular very helpful in describing the local area, what to visit, restaurants etc. At their recommendation we took a very pleasant walk to the historic town centre. Secure underground parking.
Cons: Decor could do with some updating. Underground parking very dark and difficult to navigate - but very useful facility to have (at some extra cost).
7,9 Good
Pros: Nice quiet surrounding, walking distance from the center (10 min), spacy, luxury room, daylight, view on trees (privacy), big terras outside
Cons: room with a terras, outside terras with a covered part (it was raining and I had to smoke my Cigar under a leaking umbrella. Breakfast is overpriced.
5,8 Okay
Pros: The cafe located at the entrance to the hotel excellent for a continental breakfast and a drink in the evening. The staff on the reception desk were very helpful
Cons: The room was not clean, coffee cups were not washed, food dishes not cleared from room. The room was small and this is not a four star hotel.I doubt it would make 2 star .
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Spacious, clean and comfortable rooms. We did not have to share the room with the children and a big bathroom. Swimming pool was great.
Cons: N/A
6,7 Good
Pros: Value for money. Supermarkets near by. Easy to access if you have a car. It's a good 15/ 20 minute walk to town but its a very nice walk along a tree lined avenue with water fountains.
Cons: Rooms are small and need a freshen up new carpet and fresh paint would do the trick. We were excited about having leisure centre but it's very basic. We

10,0 Excellent
Pros: Lovely hotel. Large comfortable rooms great breakfast, close to the railway station, restaurants, bars etc. Just a 10min walk from the older historic area. The staff were wonderful. Pros: Great location, kind staff!
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Very central location. Ideal for city walk around. Not sure about the nightlife though. Good Restaurants nearby. Staff was very helpful providing recommendations. Swift check-in and checkout process.
8,3 Excellent
Pros: Very convenient for restaurants and city centre, would certainly stay again. The city is well worth a visit. Prices and quality of food in Sidrerias Asturias, near the hotel, excellent. Try the local specialities with a bottle (or two) of local cider
Cons: Parking a little tricky, but it was free and what can you expect in a city centre. Breakfast rather disappointing. It would be much better if hotels like this had facilities for making tea and coffee
7,9 Good
Pros: Good location, clean,
Cons: The hotel definetly needs renovation, old furniture, carpets... The receptionist couldn't speak a word in English.
8,3 Excellent
Pros: Reception staff very friendly and helpful. Able to park both motorbikes in one space under hotel for price of one space. (accessed by a lift!). Based among the bars and restaurants. good location. Room comfy and quiet.
Cons: Hotel has about 60 rooms and the breakfast room seats about 30 people. It was always full and attended by just one Waiter who was rushed off his feet clearing tables, bringing a solitary cup of coffee per person and replenishing the buffet. Seemed cramped for a hotel with such a big, luxurious foyer.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Location in the town centre - large and comfortable room - air conditioning
Cons: Quite difficult to park in the private parking
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Good breakfast.
Cons: Parking was very tight.
8,3 Excellent
Pros: ok
Cons: basics were there
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Excellent location lovely sized room and bed
Cons: Car park is very tricky to get out of and we had a small car
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Very nice, clean, spacious and comfortable rooms. Very central location and payed garages near by.
Cons: We found that the breakfast buffet price was very high compared to other hotels in Asturias and the supposed option to order separately from the restaurant was a tiny bar in the reception area, not matching the standard of the hotel. The supposed access to pay TV means, if you bring your own Netflix account you can see it.

7,5 Good
Pros: It was a clean hotel that is very centrally located in the heart of Oviedo. The mattresses on the beds were very very hard. I could feel the coils underneath. Also, the WiFi didn’t work in my room despite reporting it to the staff repeatedly. It was very clean and the rooms were updated. The super hard mattress was a problem. Before you book ask them to see a room and check out its mattress.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: The room 308 was a good size with large windows that opened. Quiet. You could see just the top of the cathedral spire , nothing else of interest. The bed was big but hard. Handy to restaurants and sights.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Location
5,4 Okay
Pros: The location is great for people visiting the centre.
Cons: The room wasn't that big. I asked for a queen bed and was given two single beds pushed together. The bathroom is outdated for a four star hotel. Hotel sign and accessories were old and needing replacement. Just felt like I could get the same experience and atmosphere staying at a two star hotel. Receptionist was rude. He basically shoved the bill at my partner asking how we intended to pay. We had already given all information when we booked online and all they had to do was simply process the payment as other hotels I have stayed at do. Perhaps he was new, but you don't confront clients like that. My partner is from the area, so there was no communications issue. The property was probably four star once, but I can't say that it deserves that now. Won't be returning.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: If you are lucky to get one of the rooms upstairs with balcony, skip the breakfast downstairs, get some fresh stuff from one of the bakeries around the hotel and enjoy your privat outdoor breakfast on the hotel balcony admiring the views to the green mountains.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel is in the middle of the center of the city services excelente I have really good experience
6,7 Good
Pros: The room was comfortable and clean. The location was good for the old town.
Cons: The staff were unfriendly, and unhelpful. They gave poor advice as to parking options and failed to let us know that a major cycling event was passing their door on the morning of our departure. This resulted in all surrounding streets being closed and departure from the hotel being seriously disrupted.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Good breakfast
7,1 Good
Pros: The hotel itself is good. Breakfast selection was superb. We booked secure parking for our motorbike, which was in a car park under the hotel.
Cons: Two things let the hotel down very badly. We went in search of the hotel restaurant as there was no restaurant menu in the room. The restaurant was empty when we found it, but the waiter totally ignored us. When we did ask for a menu he was very reluctant. He didn't speak much English and unfortunately we don't speak Spanish, but literally hugged the menus to his chest and made it clear he didn't think the restaurant was suitable for us. We insisted so he handed one to us then made his escape: we didnt see him again! The restaurant has very few tables for a large hotel, and it obviously focuses purely on offering a fine dining experience to a small number of guests. We don't do it very often, but we didn't want to go in search of a restaurant that night so we ordered room service. We were shocked when what arrived were takeaway containers in a paper bag, delivered by a guy carrying a crash helmet. No plates and the cutlery was all flimsy plastic. My wife ordered an almond and vanilla ice cream for dessert. What was delivered was a Magnum! I wouldn't take exception to food being delivered like that in an Ibis Budget, a Travelodge, or similar, but it's not what I expect from a four star hotel.
7,1 Good
Pros: Very close to historic center Public Paking 1.5 blocks from hotel
Cons: Bathroom had a foul smell Room did not have a safe ☹️ Shower did not stay in position
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Great location. The room was of a good size, bathroom was large compared to others we stayed in recently.
Cons: I wouldn’t say Idid not like it but I was surprised that “in-room dining” meant “takeaway food”: ordered and delivered in disposable containers. I am probably used to some service accompanying the food. Other than this surprise, there isn’t anything else.

Pros: All

9,2 Excellent
Pros: The location was absolutely perfect, off the main square directly between the Cathedral and the Park!
Cons: The bed was too hard; it really needs a pillow top. As a result, my back was killing me after two nights. I really wish there was a fitness center. There was a musty smell when you entered the room.

Pros: Free biscuits was a nice touch
Cons: All good
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Location and staff!
Cons: I liked everything!
6,7 Good
Pros: The hotel was at the standard level of any NH hotel. It was at walking distance from center and the rooms were clear and comfortable, although noisy and with a terrible view.
Cons: We thought that the staff could have been more friendly when we asked for information on the city and provide at least some complimentary water in the room when we arrived and not just put a bottle and few Apple at the reception that were totally stripped away by other guests.

8,3 Excellent
Pros: Staff so nice and friendly very central location. Nice spacious room on top floor great bathroom. Parking is down street and extra charge. Breakfast isn’t great very basic
Cons: Breakfast not great
7,9 Good
Pros: Location is near to the historical place and the old city however its not near to shopping centers and the big supermarkets but its great for its value
Cons: Old but clean
8,8 Excellent
Pros: We had a 6th loft room with roof windows - just great. Recommend. Quiet. Breakfast cafe was fabulous for a hot coffee & boccadillo to start our Primitivo.
Cons: There was a strange smell ..... drain ? Thermal water ? Not sure- strongest seemingly when the heating kicked it.
8,3 Excellent
Pros: I liked very much the location and the staff, who was very friendly helping us to get as much info as possible.
Cons: Rooms very noisy. I would not recommend to get the "roof" room as it was noisy with the neighbours plus the rain on the roof.
6,7 Good
Pros: The location. The staff are very nice.
Cons: We couldn’t do the check-in untill 15:00pm, because at 14:00pm (when they SHOULD have the room ready and clean), it wasn’t ready. Also, nobody was at the check-in counter when we left the room. So we couldn’t do the check-out. So sad.
6,7 Good
Pros: The location is absolutely perfect, right in the centre of Oviedo old town. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are clean. The manager also made up for our difficulties with the AC in our rooms and moved us to different rooms.
Cons: The breakfast was inedible. The pastries tasted like plastic; the eggs were overcooked and tasteless; the coffee machine didn't work; the fruit was sour. The staff in general was not very sharp. We also had to change rooms because the AC didn't work - they should check the maintenance of the rooms beforehand.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Excellent buffet breakfast - obviously catering more to spanish tastes, but I liked it! Hotel was able to print off my boarding pass. Staff very helpful. City centre location, close to cathedral, Old Town, and shops.
8,3 Excellent
Pros: The staff was amazing, the location perfect. Hotel seems a bit old. Breakfast was excellent as well.
Cons: If you were not going for breakfast early there was almost nothing left. They should be precatious and dont let people in this situation and plan according to the number of guess.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Separate lounge room. Central location that was very quiet. Air con heating efficient. Very helpful reception staff.
Cons: Decor was too black making lounge area dark. Sofa not comfy. No drawers for clothes. No laptop safe.

4,2 Okay
Pros: Location is good. Room size as well.
