Pros (+) Nice location in the middle of town. Didn't have any problems during my stay. Hotel room is basic but clean. The breakfast selection is huge, and I think typical for most Scandic properties.

Pros (+) The rooms were well appointed and the staff was top notch. Scandic's location in Oslo was great, minutes walk from the heart of the city.
