We had a family room which has 2 bathrooms. It is a Wow. Staffs at Front Desk and porters were friendly and helpful. Breakfast room was lively and offers variety of foods and fruits. Our daughter said that hot chocolate tasted better than anywhere.
It was unfortunate that we happened to be there during renovation. It did not affect our stay - only blocked a good view of the hotel which we would like to take photo with. In the same token, it could have been a better view for breakfast room without renovation.

Products were nice. Shower was great. Bed super comfortable. Excellent location.
Little bit too much sound from floors above so not soundproofed. Didn’t seem to be able to control temp in room despite there being a thermostat.

We had a family room with 2 bathrooms! It was a Wow. Beds and linen are comfortable and fluffy. Breakfast and breakfast room are great. Staffs at front desk including porters were attentive and helpful.
Renovation outside the hotel barred the appearance of the hotel. But we do understand and even appreciate it that the hotel management has decided to renovate the hotel. It is for all of us customers to enjoy upon its completion. Thank you.
