Pros (+) The property is nicely kept up by the owners who take great pride in it. The pool deck and patio are kept very clean, nice and inviting. The beach access and view is just wonderful, especially if you get a room with a view. Having balconies, microwaves and fridges in the rooms were great for making our stay more homey and comfortable. Everything was clean and inviting.
Cons (-) The breakfast is just some gas station food and hot brown water, don't book for the free food. Also, only one car per person and get ready to fight for a parking spot. You can park across the street if it's full but it looks shady. You should get a parking pass for one vehicle, and the lot fills up at night. While we were there seemed to be lots of bugs outside.
