Somehow my reservation was made to downtown Atlanta. Why? Two different counter people were unbelievably rude. The car was beat up with 38,000 miles on it. Then the location closed before my reservation time was up and they want to charge me $25 more to drop it off at the open airport location. Terrible all around.8,0 Very Good

I reserved a car and went to go pick it and they were closed. I called customer service and nothing. Would be nice if I knew that they were going to be closed and I wouldn’t have paid for a rental.Cons:
They could have their hours up online instead of on a sheet of printer paper on the door so no one gets tricked into renting a car they can’t get!2,0 Poor

1st vehicle was old and broke down with a transmission problem. It took two hours to get a replacement vehicle while stuck on the road with my family. 2nd vehicle had a warning light that came on the dashboard "Regular service maintenance required "7,2 Good

Pros:
I made my reservation online only two days in advance, and I was able to walk into the rental office and leave with my rented car only a few minutes later! The same representative helped me with pick-up and drop-off, and she was very helpful and professional both times. Also, setting up my reservation through Kayak helped make things simple as well.Cons:
Nothing! I've used another car rental service nearby in Downtown Atlanta, and frankly this Enterprise offered me fewer issues and a better value for my experience. If I need another car rental, I will probably be returning here.4,0 Mediocre

I made a reservation and paid $25 (both ways!) to travel by Uber from airport ATL to the off-airport store. Enterprise had no cars that day and may have some the next day and advised I could wait. They took my reservation and wanted me to wait after taking and confirming my reservation? Are you kidding. I would like a refund of the $50 it took to travel round trip from ATL. Until I develop Alzheimer's and forget this incident, I will never rent from Enterprise again. Never! Ever!3,6 Poor

Drop off was terrible. Apparently this location isn't connected to the rest of Enterprise so if you call the national number to get some assistance or support, you can't.Cons:
