I liked nothing. They would not recognize the rental insurance I bought from a company thru your website RentalCoverage.com. Then Routes refused to refund my pre charge of $36 when they refused my RentalCover.com insurance. Purely a scam to use Routes insurance just to make a few extra bucks. I've heard nothing but bad reviews and exactly the same issues has been complained about by many customers who rated Routes. I don't want to do business with you as long as you associate with scamming companies like Routes.

The insurances were to much. I have an black mastercard that covers all of my insurance but they did not accept it. The want to charge me like three times more than the price of the rental. We dicide to loose the price that we already pay for the reservation than pay that insurance. We went to alamo and they treat us like people. Such a bad experience in that rental.

They gave us an old car with a spent battery. The battery died and they took 2.5h to send someone to jump it, and they would not send us a replacement vehicle. While on vacation, we had to drive back to the airport to get a replacement. Terrible experience.

The representative was nice, accommodating and helpful to those stranded. However, he did not mention the car we rented was an upgraded vehicle. The cost was high. Had we known we would not have rented from them. Secondly, you are nearly forced into renting an EV car , if you opt not to, then a gas car is now considered an upgrade.

They honored my vehicle choice. The car was not available for three hours after my reservation. They did not provide any compensation to the inconvenience of the delay. They only provided an option to call their hotline.

On arrival to pickup reserved car was told no available cars ( this was trure for 6-8 other people arriving to pickup cars) and expected wait times would be 2-3 hours. Since prepaid only option for refund was going through expedia. when that was done I went yhrough multiple calls and call menus without being able to talk to anyone who would listen to me before transferring me to another call menu which never worked. Since I was unable to reach expedia for refund I had to wait 2 1:2 hours for rental car. rest of process worked ok BUT I WILL NEVER RENT A CAR THROUGH EXPEDIA(KAYAK) AGAIN or PROB NOT FROM THRIFTY EITHER!!!!

Staff was great. And drop off was easy. I even asked to keep the car for an extra day and was super easy.

Had a confirmed reservation (actually called Payless to double check) for a 1 way car rental. When arriving at counter was informed that there was no car available. Apparently they were first come / first serve.

I reserved a compact car, but they were out and only had minivans left. I luckily did not have to drive it the whole time I was in the area. I did have to fill up half a tank. I will never use this rental car company again.

Tires were almost bald and provided very poor traction on wet roads. Tire pressure guages were not working properly When we dropped the car off, there was no attendent and the spaces were full to capacity. We were charged $40.00 for dropping the vehicle off early. No more Rentals with Europcar!

My flight was delayed by 2 hours due to bad weather. I arrived in Atlanta at roughly 10:30pm and made it to the Fox/Europcar desk at 10:45pm. There were no service members there. After waiting for a couple minutes, I asked an employee of a different company at a neighboring desk and they said I would have to locate the office downstairs in the garage to pickup my key. After making my way downstairs and locating the office, I arrived at exactly 11pm as two employees were exiting the office. When I told them I was there to pick up my car, they said they were closed, the computers were shut down, and there was no way to go back into the office and get the keys for my rental. They then told me that my reservation was nonrefundable. I had to go back up to another company's desk and rent a car from them for my 2-hour drive. The complete lack of customer service was the worst car rental experience I've ever had. Lesson learned.
