We planned a multi-generation trip to the area, including one day at Sea World which it is very close to. We are familiar with the area and chose to stay in that location on purpose. Because we were booking two rooms we tried calling to make sure they were ajoining and that if the other family arrived first they could check in. There was no way to reach a human at the hotel. Pros (+) The rooms were very spacious, the beds comfortable. The breakfast was good. It was wonderful to be able to watch TV in another part of the room while others slept. Loved having Netflix access, too.
Cons (-) There wasn't enough light in the bathroom. No full length mirror. We left our room around 11am and no maid came. We had to ask for lotion and coffee as it wasn't left by the maid on other days.
