The location of the hotel is great and the front staff was also great. That is as far as what is the good about the hotel. Pros (+) Remodeling efforts made fir very clean room. Good wifi
Cons (-) TV channels Woke up to no water to shower No coffee maker in room Phone in room not connected Impossible to reach staff. Checkout person like a robot
Pros (+) Nothing
Cons (-) They could have changed the sheets from whomever had the room before us and urinated on them.
Pros (+) walking distance to international drive
Cons (-) its an old hotel in need of updating.
Pros (+) The hotel is located near many much better places.
Cons (-) The floor was wet. The room smelled moldy. There were no towels and it took hours to get any. The poor service at check-in was better than no service at check out.
Pros (+) Close to everything we wanted to do
Cons (-) The bed was dirty and covered with black hair. New sheets were brought in and handed to us, but not put on. No apologies made. The TV didn't work and the staff was unaccommodating . The ONLY good thing about this hotel was the placement and how easy it was to get to everything. Would NEVER stay here again.

Pros (+) Location. The ONLY thing that this hotel as is location. It's close to every attraction.
Cons (-) I've stayed at this property since it was the Radisson. It as certainly declined over the years. It is in need of some repairs and a major facelift. This will be the last time for me.
