Pros:Loved location. Close enough to parks without being on the busy main drag.
Cons:Pull out sofa was extremely uncomfortable. Mattress was almost non existent as thin as it was.

Pros:For the most part, hotel staff is well trained and professional.
Cons:Asked to arrange for a taxi at a specific time the following morning. The next morning, the 'taxi' turned out to be a Suburban with some connection to the hotel with an 'unknown' price. When I objected and said that I felt mislead, the staff called a trusted regular taxi service that put me behind schedule.
Pros:Room was clean and Complementary breakfast was good. Staff friendly and helpful.
Cons:Not informed that the pool and hot tub were not available prior to booking. Ice machine not working on my floor. had to pay addition fees for parking and resort fee. For what? There was no resort!
Cons:The hotel was fine, but the pool was out of order that was NOT noted on KAYAK website. We picked this hotel specifically because the weather was supposed to be bad and it had an indoor pool, so that was a big bummer. The evening reception was nice, free drinks and snacks, and the staff they had working was terrific. Our tub did not work for baths, we asked for maintenance to come by with a plug. they came and looked and never returned or called. So I'd say their staffing was uneven.

Cons:People smoking at every doorway. Crazy party atmosphere downstairs. Noise everywhere. Used to bring family here, was never like this. Saw a man outside one of the back entrances relieving himself. Immediately checked out.
Pros:Staff was friendly and attentive. Property was clean and well maintained.
Cons:Buffets is great but people need reminding not to touch food others will be eating. Especially when you have to tell them please don't pick up my toast that just dropped down the shoot. Perhaps a note. Tong use preferred.
Cons:My room was so far from the front desk if it were any further I would have been in another hotel....other than that it was ok.
