Pros (+) We only stayed 2 nights as we visited colleges in the area. The breakfast was great and the hotel was clean. The room was large and the staff was very friendly.
Cons (-) The only thing I really didn’t like were the mattresses, not very comfortable for a hotel of this quality. A hot tub would have been nice too!

David, Apr 2018
Pros (+) Great staff. Lots of options for a basic, free breakfast. Loved the waffles! Room was clean, comfortable and it had a fridge. Bed was comfortable and we did not notice any noise. Shower temperature was constant. Fabulous location at the 408 eastern terminus put all of Orlando in easy reach. Front desk and housekeeping staff were engaged and helpful. I felt like we were staying with family. Wifi re...
Cons (-) Water pressure and spray options seemed a little meager. The shower didn't have a wide spray option so I had to twist around a lot to rinse. Orlando area water smells a little like sulphur and soap does not lather and rinse well. Not hotel's fault, but I had success using the hotel shampoo as body wash rather than the bar soap. Regret not getting to try the pool, gym, business center and laundry -...

Pros (+) Size of everything and amenities were nice. Near UCF, which also worked well for us. This place did appear to be clean.
Cons (-) Guts of everything was old. Bathroom fan rattled (I still hear that thing rattling in my head), door handle barely opened, breakfast was okay.

Cons (-) Hotel charged me an additional amount for staying on top of the amount I paid ahead of time. In the future hopefully their system catches that's customer already paid in time and won't be charged additionally
