Pros (+) King room. Non smoking. Late check in was granted. Howecer, upon arrival we asked for extra pillows. They only had one extra pillow at the front desk. Then come to find out there were no bath towels in the set ups. Had to personally walk down there b/c the front desk couldn't leave the front in staffed.
