Guests consistently praised the hotel's convenient location, especially its proximity to local attractions and ease of access. Many found the price to be reasonable or a good value, particularly for budget-conscious travelers. However, several reviews mentioned concerns about cleanliness, with reports of unclean rooms and outdated facilities. Safety was also a concern for some guests, who noted unsettling experiences and the presence of long-term residents. Bed comfort received mixed feedback, with some guests finding the beds uncomfortable or worn. Overall, while the hotel offers good value and location, improvements in cleanliness, safety, and comfort are needed.

I reserved a room at the wrong hotel and never received a refund. It is a very bad hotel. They house homeless people there who sell drugs. When I explained my mistake to customer services I was not funded and was too scared to stay there
