Very accommodating staff. Clean well kept and peaceful
I have no complaints
Won’t go back!
Close access to restaurants and interstate.
Main reason for staying here was the hot tub, which wasn’t operational for much of our stay. In talking with another person who stays there for work, apparently the hot tub has been out of service a lot recently and the owner tries to fix it himself instead of paying somebody to fix it correctly. The bathroom fan didn’t always shut off when the switch was turned off, really loud noise throughout the night. One of the gals working at the front desk was a great ilkusttation to the kids and what happens when you use drugs - the face sores were classic drug use.
The pool and hot tub were nice, clean. A little dark in pool area. Breakfast good selection. Loved the shower head.
The stairs in center of complex closed, out of order.
We had a room with a whirlpool tub, which was nice, however there must have been a leak above our room at one time, because the ceiling was peeling and did not look nice. I don't understand why hotels don't keep up with things.
The staff were great. Bed was comfortable and temperature control in the room worked well.
Found someone else's hair in multiple areas of the room; mostly bathroom areas and within folded towels.
Not very nice
Had a confirmed reservation for a King bed and was given a room with 2 queen beds as an "upgrade" since they didn't have any king beds available. After contacting Kayak and threatening to leave, a King wheelchair-accessible room was available. The double queen room was terrible - sagging bed, could see outside through wall near air conditioner, loud noise from interstate 50 feet away, and a weird smell. The king room wasn't much better -- dirty carpet, bad smell in room. The hotel entrance smelled like transmission fluid and the whole place was not very nice. Staff was incredibly unhelpful and slow at check-in. I would never stay here again.
The room smelled weird; like a dusty, musty smell. Shampoo the carpet would help. Also It was right next to the employee continental breakfast prep room. So at 5:30 in the morning on my vacation I'm hearing a microwave door slam shut and the annoying beeps over and over. Ugh I was PISSED.
The clerk checking us in was slovenly and very unclean (unwashed hair, dirty fingernails). The facilities were filthy. Looked as if the lobby, stairs, hallways and elevator hadn't been cleaned in a month. Simple maintenance in all areas would have helped: emergency phones hanging off the wall, tables in the lounge area had big gouges in them. The front desk area was disorganized and the clerk couldn't find anything she was looking for. We were given room key card holders that had been used before (room number was scribbled out) A bed was broken (mattress sank to the floor in the middle), the bathroom door had a loose hinge so it wouldn't shut. The door keys only worked after about 4-6 swipes. Wi-Fi was not accessible. Complimentary breakfast was not clean and was not stocked and the "hot" food was congealed and disgusting. The bathroom smelled strongly of urine. The experience was horrid.
