Pros (+) Floors new; bed comfortable
Cons (-) All furniture is old and run down Bathroom toilet seat is in need of replacement. The shower was clean but drain painted over w white paint and paint peeling off all over shower. It’s like furniture has been reclaimed. No hair dryer either. This was after giving them a second chance after stay at Christmas.

Pros (+) Had a great time in Ojai. Dinner and a community play. People were very friendly at the hotel. Bungalow was ok with a little more privacy.
Cons (-) Flooring was separating. Bed moved on flloor. Headboard was leaning. At $200 for the night (tax included), just an ok value. Even for CA.
