Beautiful property in a stunning...

Stunning property with two swimming pools with the spectacular views of the caldera! Soak up the sun on the sunbeds in the infinity pool with the views of Caldera! Simply amazing! Spacious rooms, many with plunge pools overlooking the caldera. The breakfast was delicious! The best bread basket with pastries, croissants, donuts you name it. Staff is one of the hotels biggest assets - extremely polite, friendly and helpful. We also used the spa and had a wonderful massage. If you visiting Santorini, stay in Oia. It is the most stunning little town that lights up in the evening, with pristine white cave buildings, white clean streets, small boutiques and many restaurants to choose from. We had one the best and the most relaxing holiday. We are definitely coming to Oia and Canaves hotel!

10/10 truly. My stay at Canaves was beyond amazing . I was pleasantly surprised at being Upgraded in an amazing suite with jacuzzi . The facilities are amazing : 2 pools (infinity pool included) 1 gym , 1 spa if you are feeling like treating you with a massage . The room was amazing spacious luxurious and most comfortable bed. The breakfast was delicious . And the view on the caldeira is a treasure by day and night . A special thanks to Melania at the front desk for her professionalism . Most amazing experience

The staff was unbelievably kind and attentive, truly the best service I’ve ever received. Our room was very clean and made-up immaculately every day. We only had breakfast at the hotel, so I cannot speak for the other restaurants of the hotel but the breakfast options were varied and delicious. Would definitely stay here again and can onlg recommend this place!

I found the airport transfer price of 90€ for a one-way trip of 15 minutes a bit far fetched, especially compared to private transfers of other hotels we made use of during our stay at the island.

Everything was so perfect: upgraded in a beautiful room, perfect service, fabulous breakfast with the most amazing view on the caldera. All the staff was there to help you and make your stay as fabulous as it could be, haven't been so well taken care of in a hotel in a while.... The food and drinks at the restaurant are to recommend too ;)

Just a little thing I forget to say to the manager before leaving: please ask the waiters not to throw their cigarette butts over the edge of the property towards the sea when smoking at the bottom of the stairs going to the kitchen.....that will help to preserve the natural wonders of Santorini.

All staffs are very professional and so kind. They all welome their customers from the botttom of their heart. Their recomendation and support during my stay are greatly helpful. The view from the hotel is awsome. I'll never forget every view from the hotel.

It is on a perfect location to watch sunset. The staffs are very courteous and friendly. Everyone is going an extra mile to make you happy. We are very pleased. The place is gorgeous but it is the personnel at Canaves Oia makes our holiday perfect. Thanks to everyone especially John, the hotel manager, for superb hospitality.

Amazing hotel. Service is exceptional. Breakfast was great. We notified the hotel we are celebrating our honeymoon and we were upgraded to the grand 2 floor suite with plunge pool for no extra cost.

Location was gorgeous and convenient for everything we wanted to do!

Everything, John the manager and his staff do everything to make the stay unique and memorable. After visiting other 5 star properties in Oia in my opinion has the best location and Santorini “vibe”

As soon as we arrived, we felt so welcome and the entire staff went out of their way to make sure we had anything and everything we needed. The views are incredible, the location is perfect, and the level of service is unmatched. Thank you for an amazing stay in Santorini!

The view and serenity at this hotel is beyond expectations. One of the best views we encountered in Santorini. The town Oia is touristy but the hotel is a quiet haven to get back to. Service is impeccable at this hotel. The breakfast to order to your wishes daily is delicious, housekeeping is very good and concierge always helpful and kind.

We had a huge beautiful bathroom with a staircase to go down to. This would certainly not be convenient for older people as the steps could be slippery. The bathroom was quite humid as the ventilation there was not good. A small matter for us but to be noted for the elderly.

Probably the most relaxing place in the world!

I have been to many places in the world. But without a doubt this is the most magnificent accommodations, staff, view and Island. I just can’t say enough about everything. You literally won’t believe Your own eyes. The beauty is intoxicating. The staff will become your best friends and they are sincere loving and will educate you on many things. Shut out to Mr. John, Mina and Achés!

That we had to leave. We did spend an extra day though that we weren’t going to but it was well worth it!

From arrival John the manager was extremely professional as were all staff , room was lovely , private and clean , restaurant yummy , breakfast can be on your private balcony or restaurant , the views spectacular , rooftop pool lounge bar amazing, Also , the property is just slightly off the main walking area so less crowds walking by

Overall great hotel and this family run business is superb. The staff were all very helpful and they made me feel welcome and that they were there to make this vacay relaxing (and memorable). Also one random note but I liked their modern approach to hospitality. And I do think they have a modern approach to attract the right guests. I love that you login and rather than take you to a landing page you go to their curated Instagram.

The rooms lack privacy. Everywhere you look you see people because the rooms are so close. Additionally passersby can peek into the hotel and do because the grounds run to the edge of the bordering sidewalk
