Pros: I love this place. Very spacious with 2 rooms and the best prices!!! Everything you could want was included in the room. Loved having a separate mirror and sink from the bathroom and the jacuzzi in the room was an added bonus!!! Very quiet and wonderful staff!!! Also nice having an activities director on staff!!

Pros: Had good breakfast. Is close enough to beach and downtown to walk if you like walking. Also good restaurants within walking distance. Clean rooms, comfortable beds. We were there at the end of season, so driving and parking was no problem; during season, a shuttle stop is just outside the hotel for great convenience getting around town.

Pros: I am a repeat customer from last year. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Staff were all friendly and helpful. We stayed here and and attended a show at the Ogunquit Playhouse. Highly recommend both Excellent. Girls weekend.

Cons: It stated that breakfast was included, but when we checked in we found out that because it's the off season that only muffins and coffee were available. Not a breakfast like it stated when we booked.
