Being a "Wyndham Ramada", I expected someplace better, better location, better service. Room was clean and nice. Close access to the freeway, but weird route into the property. Neighborhood pretty sketchy. Seemed more like Motel 6 than Ramada...

Summary of reviews
Guests say
Reviews for this hotel are overwhelmingly negative, with guests frequently mentioning issues with cleanliness, such as strong mold or musty smells, dirty carpets, and general discomfort in the rooms. Service is also a major concern, with reports of rude or unhelpful staff, confusing or unfair deposit policies, and poor responsiveness to guest needs. Many guests felt the hotel did not offer good value for the price, citing high deposits, unexpected fees, and a lack of amenities like breakfast. However, some guests did appreciate the hotel's convenient location near local attractions and the beach. Bed comfort was also criticized, with several guests finding the mattresses worn or uncomfortable. Overall, the negatives far outweighed the positives in the guest feedback.AI-generated from customer reviews

Cons (-) Relocate the breakfast area to ground level
Cons (-) My husband got locked out of the room and the front counter man did not want to give him another card . The room smelled unclean.
Pros (+) Everything
Cons (-) The elevator was too slow that is the only downfall I feel can be repaired
Pros (+) The room was nice and the breakfast options were also good for the price. The location was great!
Cons (-) The floors were pretty moist from the humidity and could use a deep cleaning.
Cons (-) Bathrooms clogged
Pros (+) Location was good.
Cons (-) Parking was sparse. Front desk clerk was busy eating and burping in the office and I was stuck waiting for him to make his way to the front desk to check me in. The breakfast was lacking. Cereals, breads and a waffle maker. Not even close to the breakfast provided by competitors.
