Pros:Close to the shore and the boardwalk
Cons:Terrible parking options and unfriendly staff. They did not seem to know what they were doing and I frequently witnessed them arguing with customers.

Pros:The location was optimal - right on the beach and boardwalk.
Cons:The cleanliness - pull out couch was stained, extremely old and uncomfortable. Cleaning staff did not stock bathroom supplied, had to keep calling front desk. Beachfront suite with 2 queens & pull out couch lacked room to comfortably move and space for clothes, though promoted as suitable for 6 people. Tiled floor would be washed and end up covered in your sand, took forever to dry and caused many slips and falls.

Pros:I liked how close the hotel was to the beach
Cons:The bathroom toilet was not very clean and the staff was not very helpful because I asked for fresh towels and washcloths in the morning and never received them. Also there was 1 elevator for the whole hotel and it was hot and took very long. There was also a very limited amount of rollers to assist people with their luggage and a staff member told a customer that if they wanted one they could go look on each floor to see if they could find one that is available.

Cons:The staff was rude, condescending, and couldn't even explain how the reservations worked for another couple on our trip worked. During check in LaToya was argumentative and did nothing to help them understand their issue. She seemed a bit busy with her own personal guests that were hanging out with her. The next day, the manager, dismissed their issue. Our room didn't have hot water, there was no cable, the beds were harder than the cold tile floor, the staff talked to me as if I was dumb when I asked where the ice machines were (since they are not on every floor - like she told me they were), and you could barely open/close the sliding glass door to the patio. The morning of checkout, around 9:30am, we ran into someone from facilities in the hallway and he said it was good that he saw us because they were about to turn the power off. When we did check out, the manager assured my wife that he would be following up with an email that we have yet to receive. NOT a location that I would recommend.
