Cons (-) Facility was filthy, power in the room kept going out, air conditioner was broken, only one lock on the door.

Pros (+) Love the location and the rocking chairs out front.
Cons (-) All electric things were not plugged in. No shower curtain. Walls very thin, Our neighbor boys partied all night long with LOTS of extra people in the room.
