Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's spa facilities and restaurant, highlighting their quality and ambiance. However, many felt the value for price was poor, with high costs not matching the room size, amenities, or overall experience. Service at both the reception and restaurant was frequently criticized for being unprofessional or inattentive. While some guests enjoyed the renovated rooms and stylish design, others were disappointed by outdated or small rooms, noise issues, and problems with deposits. Overall, the spa and dining experiences stood out as the hotel's main strengths, but improvements in service and value are needed.
