Pros: The hotel was superb. No faults. Staff were exceptional, hotel is newish and spotless and the restaurant in the evening was 5 star. I had driven to the hotel from Munich with my work crew and my car was parked and accumulated lots of snow. The staff, without me asking, cleaned all the snow off the car. Exceptional hotel.
Cons: Nothing

The food was fresh and very good, we really enjoyed beeakfast and dinner. The spa area is lovely and the rooms are nice and well equiped. The location is very good and close to the ski rent and the slopes.

8,8 Excellent
Pros: Almost ski in and out - just a short walk (<50m) from the property to the slopes. Great breakfast in the morning - including cereals, yoghurts, fresh fruit, cheese, cured meats, and toast; the coffee in the morning was also great. The Double Room we stayed in had plenty of space for two people including snowboard bags - lots of storage space to unpack all the clothes. The TV was offered multiple channels in each language. The WiFi was fast - enough to watch Youtube and Netflix in decent quality/resolution. Bathroom was clean and not cramped. View from the room was great! Could see the mountains straight from our room.
Cons: Thin floors / walls - could hear kids running around upstairs very well, and could hear neighbours at night if people were dragging suitcases around. Only one small unlined bin in the bathroom.

Pros: Very friendly and quiet
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The spa was beautiful and perfect after a day's skiing.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The location of the hotel was excellent: 1 minute from de slopes. We recommend the hotel! We did already many hotels in Obergurgl, but this one was the most tastefull decorated of all. Its a hotel runed by the owners. They are very envolved and very kind. The spa was really amasing: big, beautiful an spacy! The breakfast was really good and het homemade muesli is extraordinarily. The coffee was very special: made on each table!
Cons: If we have something to say that is less good, it should be the bathroom. Mayby it could be more recent, but it was very practical and clean.

10,0 Excellent
Pros: Perfect location, very comfortable and cozy, impressively nice, polite and supportive staff!
Cons: It could have been better if a dinner would be offered as an option. However that was not a problem at all.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Had everything we needed (spacious, well equipped room, lovely breakfast, ski room, boot room, Sauna, bar) and none of the expensive bells and whistles (eg Spa, flashy restaurant) that we didn’t. Excellent location and a real treat to have a balcony with a great view. Warm, friendly and accommodating staff, very homely feel and other guests were also very friendly, which altogether made for a very pleasant stay at a fraction of the price of many of the other options.

Pros: The hosts Sandra and Gabriel were extremely friendly and made us feel so welcome. The cleanliness everywhere in the accommodation was of the highest standard possible.
Cons: We had to leave.
6,3 Good
Pros: Room smelt of cigarette smoke. No areas to relax - more of a guest house than hotel. Expensive in comparison to neighbouring hotels with similar facilities. Also charged more for breakfast than should. Very pleasant and warm owner, who gave a lovely welcome,
9,6 Excellent
Pros: This was the best apartment we have ever stayed in on our many trips. Spacious, clean, everything working. It was basically brand new and equipped to a very high standard. Even the bathroom was 10/10 with everything working. Very pleasant and helpful host. Accessible ski room. The beds were nice and soft; unlike nearly all hotel beds. Great views. You could ski more or less all the way to the hotel from the #6 run.
Cons: Can't think of anything. The price was fairly high, though we have paid even more at hotels in ski resorts.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The family were lovely. The sauna, boot room and showers were great
8,3 Excellent
Pros: Location is excellent for skiing. Slope is in front of the house. Some restaurants are close (not a lot of options in Obergurgl though, unless one wants to go inside the 4-star bigger hotels, but this is rather the resort style). Breakfast is good. Beds are comfortable.
Cons: Room is rather small, but not really a problem. it would be helpful to have some extra facilities in the room or in the reception space (e.g. possibility to make a tea/coffee, buy drinks from a self-service fridge in the afternoon / evening).
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Sandra and Gabriel are excellent, friendly hosts. The guesthouse is immaculate, Ski and boot facilities well laid out, close to ski slopes, rooms extremely comfortable and well cleaned. Great value for money.

6,7 Good
Pros: Cozy and clean.
Cons: Wish to have an indoor pool.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Excelent food, great hotel staff
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Everuthin was really good, we spent a marvelous few days here. One of best hotel where we spent time.
Cons: Nothing
6,3 Good
Pros: The hotel was clean and well maintained, if a little dated compared with other Obergurgle hotels. The room was comfortable and the maid service very good. The dining room was also clean and efficiently run.
Cons: Honestly, it felt like the owners would rather be doing something else. I felt rather sad for them as they did their jobs properly but it was all rather joyless and this seemed to rub off on their staff. A short walk across the road to another hotel opened up a whole new world of friendly hospitality. A small thing, but to be charged 4 euros for a bottle of tap water at dinner is outrageous, particularly when paid-for drinks are on the table too.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Fabulous food, great location, warm and friendly staff, large, comfortable room
Cons: Nothing at all

Pros: - Great location clouse the slopes - very nice staff - parking by the hotel
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Food, people, warmth
Cons: A small gym will make it complete
6,3 Good
Pros: The ski in/out facilities were good and the reception staff were friendly.
Cons: We found the food in the restaurant variable. At times it was inedible. The occasional dish was ok. The dinner was advertised as being “six courses”, but it was actually three courses with a pretty disappointing buffet. They also, outrageously, charge €4.80 for tap water. We asked about this and were told this was because the tap water is a service. Definitely an expensive one! After this, the staff involved almost entirely ignored us and we had to ask for each one of our courses to be brought to us. If booking, i’d suggest eating out for your evening meal!
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The staff were all amazing. The hotel is beautiful. Location to ski in and ski out is perfect. Food excellent. Spa area excellent.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Really convenient ski in ski out hotel .. really comfortable, friendly and great food . Smart modern bedrooms.

9,6 Excellent
Pros: The staff were all so friendly. Cake in the afternoons in the lounge included in the awesome half board package. Great breakfast. Spa includes an outside hot tub (cool to sit in whilst it snows looking across the mountains watching the skiers) and a fire room. Had a lovely lovely time.
Cons: Only slight down side is that whilst it is ski in, ski out, if you are not great at skiing, the hotel is up above the level of the gondaler. This means that if you opt out of skiing and gondaler down, you have to then walk up quite a hill with skis (or leave them in the rental). Little bit of a hike (which you can avoid completely by being able to ski!).

Pros: Food. Location.
Cons: The lady owner made my 5 years child cry and screamed and pushed my wife when we reclaimed the chicken schnitzel we ordered for kid instead the pork schnitzel she brought to us. She threw the plate away on the floor and yealed at us even this was their mistake. She had anyway a hostile behaviour since we first met without any reason. We tried to avoid this woman as much as possible. This woman ruined our holiday and scared my daughter. Thanks God we left this hotel.

Pros: We stayed this hotel again because hotel staffs are ind and friendly. Room is clean and comfortable, seeing good scenary from balcony. Breakfast & dinner is delicious. Location is good due to easy access to the rope way to Hohe Mut. Hope we will come back there down the road.

Nothing that could be added. I can only recommend.
