Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's excellent central location, making it easy to explore the city and access historical sites, restaurants, and bars. Many reviewers also highlight the friendly and helpful staff, who often go out of their way to accommodate guests. However, several guests express disappointment with the cleanliness and maintenance of rooms, particularly the bathrooms, as well as the small size of certain rooms. Some also mention that the property and its amenities appear outdated compared to online photos. Overall, the location and service stand out as the hotel's strongest points, while room quality and cleanliness could be improved.
