Guests overwhelmingly appreciate the hotel's friendly and helpful staff, excellent location close to the city center yet quiet, and high standards of cleanliness. Many mention the complimentary coffee and pastries in the morning as a nice touch. While most found the value for price reasonable, a few felt the rooms could be more comfortable or less expensive. Some guests noted issues with bed comfort and lack of air conditioning, but overall, the positive service and cleanliness stood out.
