Cons: The room we had was spotless and very comfortable bed. But the terrace and garden though small was a real bonus. It is just one stop on metro from Euro Gare and dead opposite the station. Our room was on the side away from the busy road so very peaceful. The young lady who dealt with us could not have been nicer or more helpful. We will certainly visit again

Pros: The position, comfortable modern room and good position. The breakfast and fresh orange juice were good but very pricey.
Cons: The bar, it was used by non guests going in and out of the sliding doors leaving it open when cold. Staff were busy serving no guests and took ages to be served, then didn't have ingredients for our free drink..cocktail.

Pros: The hotel is wonderful. The staff was terrific and very attentive. The location was great, as were the breakfast offerings. Would definitely stay here again or recommend to someone else visiting the area.
Cons: There were no international news channels offered on the TV. Usually there is at least one station that you can watch to get caught up on international news. At a quick glance it looked like there were some, but when you clicked on it, the channel wan't available. Disappointing.

Pros: The bathtub was huge and deep. I was in town for sports and it was nice to be able to take a bath after a long day on the field. The bed was also very fluffy and comfortable. The location was perfect and the staff were all incredibly helpful as well.
Cons: Room service was very limited and not very good quality. The bar downstairs can get very loud which makes it tough to sleep if you're there over the weekend. The climate control in the room was locked and the set temperature was a bit too high for my tastes. The rooms are also quite small.

Cons: Some of the staff were really service oriented and helpful but some not. The level of English is too low to eg explain where the parking lot. The English of the intern was the best and she was also the most helpful. Breakfast was good but staff was overwhelmed. It was too busy for them. They worked really hard but hotel management needs to step in and scale up. We had to ask for many things as it was all gone. They had no time to serve people and refill the buffet at the same time. The room and bed are small. Especially the bed is small. I expect more from a four star hotel.

Pros: Great staff at the hotel. I've stayed here before and returned for another time with my family (wife and two toddlers). The hotel is in a great location and the parking facilities were ideal. Special mention must go to the staff -especially the night manager who helped assist us with taking my son to hospital as he took a turn during the night. He went out of his way and translated for us.
Cons: Only slight concern was the lack of matting in the large walk in shower- there was no bath in the room and the floor becomes very slippery entering the bath and could be a real danger for anyone (especially children or elderly)

Cons: Staff named Valentine is very rude. Does not want to smile or greet foreign people. We got our rooms late. Breakfast was poor, took very long to put things in the buffet as it was empty. Staff do not know much english. No english tea. Everything written in French, so had to ask what things were and staff did not understand as they know no English. Pros: Breakfast was really good, fresh products, homemade with local ingredients. Place was very clean and the staff super friendly, if you stay 2 nights or more and you ask for the cleaners to not come in you get a free drink.
Cons: The bed was a bit short for me and the bathroom had a curtain instead of a door. I understand that you try to fit as many room as you can in a hotel, but I'd prefer to pay a bit more and have a good size room.

Cons: There was no hot water and the room was cold. The climate control didn’t work and had a service symbol on it. The hotel staff had to bring an electric radiator to the room which was inadequate. They turned the hot water on which took a long time to warm up, but it was cold again in the morning. Although we were offered a free breakfast and 2 drinks, this didn’t make up for a very disappointing and cold stay.

Pros: I couldn't believe my luck - a hotel that is an easy step from the Eurostar station and right on the edge of the old town centre that was a delight to stroll around and we couldn't get lost using the free city centre street map available from reception. Very friendly staff and, as we were booked on a late train back the following day, they kept our bags locked up for us so we could stroll round the town unencumbered by bags for a second day. And the room had a kettle with Nescafé sachets, as well as tea - perfect for me as a black coffee drinker, though my friend would have preferred to have some whitener available for his.
Cons: The bathroom was very snug - for an overweight person like me, there was a certain amount of manoeuvring needed to get in and shut the door.

Cons: The room we had was very very very small. The bed was terrible (and also very small) and the bathroom was old and yet again.. small. It was hard to move in the (bath) room, because of the small space. Even the parking was very tight and small for an SUV. But it was parked safely and I think that is important. When you book this, you need to book it for its location, but nothing more. But honestly, the hotel has 2 stars.. This is what you get for 2 stars. So maybe i am a bit critical.

Cons: Room was off the lobby which was a little off putting but actually proved to be a quiet room. However it had a wet room shower (for wheelchair access) so was quite messy for showering. Breakfast wasn't great, the table cloths need to be thrown out has were impregnated with stain/mould. Beverages were good but limited food choice and no eggs left when we came to breakfast towards the end of service. Not worth the price of breakfast but the concierge took off the bill (without us asking!) so that was appreciated.

Pros: The breakfast was good and reasonably priced. The hotel was about 20 minutes walk from the centre of the city. The underground car park was a bonus and reasonably priced. The decor was modern and bright.
Cons: The bedrooms were basic but that is reflected in the price you pay. The bed was a little hard for me. We had a family room which sleeps 4 with a double bed and 2 single beds but it still felt a little small.

Pros: The staff was friendly and spoke English. The room was very clean and comfortable. Hotel was relatively close to the metro so traveling around was easy.
Cons: The shower was a bit too small for me. Would have been good to have some toiletries.

Pros: * The location is just perfect! Safe, around the corner from the old town, adjacent to the shopping mall, next to the metro and two steps from the bus and train station. * We booked literally on the last-minute on new year's day, so it was great to find affordable accommodation. * The staff is very friendly, smiling and ready to help. * Was ideal to have the bath. * They room was spacious enough, with nice colours and carpet. * Powerful hairdryer. * The shampoo and shower gel is two-in-one and comes in a single big (refillable?) bottle, so it's more environmentally friendly than little bottles of plastic. * Was a very nice stay all in all, recommended :)
Cons: * I felt unwell in the middle of the night and asked for a painkiller, the receptionist kindly searched but they didn't have. So it would be very useful to keep a simple pharmacy box at the reception in case of emergency. * The room was very clean but I could see dust and dirt in some places that are not easily reachable (like the toilet seat joining) but that's not an excuse. * Would be useful to have a kettle in the room, especially for the winter. * During the night we realized that the heater was only slightly warm, so it could be useful to have an additional blanket (and more environmentally friendly than turning on the heater more). We were not really cold though after a while and so we didn't ask for something. * Could use a more neutral smell for the toiletries, it smelled too "manly" (although that's not such a big deal). * The photos show an armchair with teddy bears but there was none in the room ^^

Pros: Ot was a nice stay until we later discovered we were billed with both the credit card used for booking and my husband’s credit card. So we were effectively charged twice! It’s either fraud or careless but we now have to spend time dealing with the hotel to get their mistake corrected.

Pros: Kind personal. Basic room cleaning every day (trash, towels, bed making including folding of sleeping dress). Close to shops and highway. Larger rooms than in Premiere Classe and similar hotels. Nice corner with little pond with carps. Nice scent everywhere during breakfast.
Cons: Although no smoking area, the room 27 was smelling by fired tobacco first week. Weak WiFi. On our request hotelier restarted acces point and it was better. A lot of unfinished work in exterior. Dark corridors, sensors are not working well. Bad stove in reception, sometimes smoke was going into corridors and rooms.

Pros: I've stayed in hundreds of hotels during my travels and have seen all kinds of reception service from budget hostels to five star luxurious hotels. But the reception service in that place really exceeded all expectations. We arrived well after midnight, the guy from reception came outside to meet us and walked us inside. The service was smooth and with the smile. He offered couple of bottles of water and walked us to our room. Family room was a bit worn out but spacious. Breakfast was decent for typical French hotel. Location is quiet although only minutes from motorway. Can really recommend if you need a place to stay on your way to/ from Paris.

Pros: This is a tired hotel, it needs a good coat of paint and more! However it's convenient for the motorway and, more importantly, I did get a good sleep.

Cons: When we booked, we were told that the room would sleep 4, it did not. Fortunately we had a camp bed with us. Breakfast was expensive and we did not take it. Right by the main railway line to Paris (but trains did not keep us awake). Directions to teh hotel were plain wrong. Found teh hotel by chance and good signpost reading bu passengers in teh car.
