Guests consistently appreciate the hotel's central location, making it convenient for exploring the city and accessing transportation. The staff is frequently described as friendly, helpful, and accommodating. Several reviews highlight the spaciousness of the rooms. However, many guests express dissatisfaction with the cleanliness and maintenance of the property, noting issues such as outdated facilities, insufficient cleaning, and worn-out furnishings. Breakfast receives mixed feedback, with some guests finding it adequate and others disappointed. Overall, while the location and service are strong points, the hotel would benefit from renovations and improved housekeeping.
