Pros: This hotel is lovely elegantly set out. The beds are comfortable and the rooms clean.
Cons: The sink I the room I stayed in did not drain very well it took 30 minutes to do so. The stem wear had a huge smash on the side of it. I explained thsee issues to the front desk and was told 'oh dear' not given an apology for it.

Pros: Choice of breakfast was really good. Good variety.
Cons: We booked a double room. Arriving at the room was twin beds one higher than the other. The mattress was far to soft and the pillows really uncomfortable. We stayed overlooking the main road and was really noisy, assume thats why we had ear plugs in the toilet.

Cons: Being the first time I stopped there, I found the reception confusing as it stated it was a club reception, but I could not see another reception.

Pros: Total blackout curtains were fantastic, so even though my room was on the ground floor by the main entrance I was able to sleep until naturally waking up
Cons: As with most hotels these days, if you want to listen to the radio, you must have the TV on with the light which it produces! Again as with most hotels, lighting in the room is dim which is fine most of the time, but sometimes you just want to be able to see what you are doing!

Cons: Horrendous price when we could have paid half on booking.com; small compact room, hardly any space to move about in the room. Very hard to find. We had to park in the shopping centre Victoria and then find our way to the hotel. Will definitely ask my friends to stay away from this hotel when £130 could buy so much more elsewhere in Nottingham.
