Welcomeing feeling straight away. Friendly and helpful staff. Good value. Good location for sightseeing.
Wasn't keen on the shower cubicle, adaquate but didn't like the entrance to the shower.
it is near the Beeston train station and have supermarket nearby.
Staff very helpful, room comfortable & clean as was shared toilet/shower. I do not have a full cooked breakfast but other choices were good & plentiful. Easy walk to shops in Beestone & train station.
the heating was poor and the room was cold
The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The room was clean. Breakfast was good. The location was near the bus station and some nice pub/restaurants.
Room was a bit small and the bathroom nearest me did not have a working shower, the bathroom was cramped and the light wasnt working properly in the shower part of the bathroom so it was not lit properly, I didnt complain because I wasnt staying long but I'd guess it would have been fixed pretty easily if I did.
staff was very friendly and nice. Rooms were nice and felt more like at home rather then hotel, which we liked. lovely breakfast.
everything was very nice
En suite room adequate; little biscuits with tea tray.
Spiders in bedroom and bathroom. Breakfast hurried and very basic.
Clean and friendly
Very warm room and noisy road traffic
Staff very friendly and helpful
Had four flights of stairs to climb to a very stuffy dull room. When we returned to the room in the evening the smell on the staircas enearly knocked us out it was apalling
Single room 10 with en suite at £27.5 plus brekkie was excellent value.
