Cons (-) Front desk gave other random guests access to my room who took my luggage. Luggage was not returned until I put pressure on the front desk to find and return it. Outrageous! Never will return here.

There was a mix up with reservation and agoda company but hotel's friendly and welcomig staff were able to rectify it quickly.
