I was very disappointed because when I picked the car I specifically asked for the insurance, as I always do when renting a car. They told me it was added but I don’t pay attention when initializing and signing the contract. Unfortuanately I had a minor accident when parking the car when I returned the car. The staff at the little Rock Clinton airport were very rude to me and delayed my departure by 35 minutes, over the fact that my credit card says "Jay Joiner" instead of "James Joiner". I showed multiple identifications showing my name as Jay, and the manager still was dismissive and unapologetic.2,0 Poor
