Pros: She did an amazing job with Breakfast. The breakfast croissant was delicious with a little bit of history to go along with the menu. The table was set up to look inviting and comfortable.
Cons: The only thing we were not completely pleased with was the surroundings. This, of course, was not the fault of the bed and breakfast but it seems to be in a more run down part of the area with empty store fronts.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: The atmosphere was positively unique and the hospitality wonderful. The breakfast was exceedingly special: well-presented and well-prepared. I shall definitely return on future visits to Coos Bay.
6,7 Good
Pros: Excellent breakfast. Owners were kind and accommodating
Cons: Mattress is in need of replacement. My husband and I were rolling toward the middle of the bed

Pros: The home was charming, clean and comfortable. Our hosts were wonderful to talk to and gave us several suggestions for side trips. Breakfast was delicious. We enjoyed sitting in the sunroom and enjoying a glass of wine. And we can’t forget Oliver, the labradoodle. What a sweetie. We had dinner at Fishermans Grotto and it was yummy. You will not be disappointed if you stay here.

5,0 Okay
Pros: The breakfast and staff were good.
Cons: They are right by a very busy road. The traffic noise made it difficult to get to sleep and was awakened several times during the night by trucks and motorcycles. We we're also next to the stairwell and people were hanging out smoking and talking.
9,0 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was outstanding. It was hot and there was plenty of food. It was set up in an appealing part of the hotel. The coffee was excellent.
Cons: It's not the most picturesque place on the Coast and I found it to be a touch pricey for the off season, but the fact that it had a pool, lovely hot tub, and hot breakfast compensated for the price. The property itself is attractive.

Pros: We stayed 3 nights during the week. It was quiet and beds were comfortable. We brought our dog and there was an area just for dogs. They even provided poop bags. There was always plenty of hot water and good pressure for showers. Overall a great place.
Cons: The only thing that I didn’t like was we weren’t allowed to leave the dog in the room alone at all. We weren’t able to go out and have a sit down meal. We had to get food to go and eat in our room. Next time we will probably get a dog

Pros: It was a good location for our purposes. We came to see the king tides at shore acres.

6,8 Good
Pros: This property is located along the river and has nice views and quiet on the river side, however the street side can be noisy. There's ample parking and close to large stores and markets, but that makes it busy in the front. The breakfast offerings are fair altho without meat. The building and rooms are we'll worn but clean. Staff are pleasant
Cons: Room condition. Carpet was very work and lumpy. Bathroom was upgrade but materials were poor quality choices.

5,0 Okay
Pros: The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful.
Cons: Room was crowded with big bulky furniture (desk and table) that were not necessary to be so large. Could hardly move in the room. Wall heater took hours to heat up the room. Sheets were not changed from previous customer so we slept on top of the covers with our own blankets.
2,0 Mediocre
Pros: The breakfast was good although boiled eggs would be a nice protein option. The daytime staff was nice. They accommodated me when I asked for a different room.
Cons: The room would not heat up and was cold most of the night. The main light in the room would not come on. The water had to run at least 5 minutes before it would start to get warm. The first room smelled like urine.

4,0 Okay
Pros: Daytime manager very friendly he was great at check out.
Cons: Vet or aaa discount was not offered with this and they honor vets. No good they could not give discount at the time we checked in. The place does need to be painted . Traffic is loud going by but it was a ok stay.
4,6 Okay
Pros: The location is ok. I liked Sean, the attendant working at checkout. He was very nice, and funny. Very good customer service in that respect. Thank You Sean.
Cons: The lady, at check in, was not personable at all. The rooms very cramped for 2 people. The bathroom was not the cleanest... mildew on the floors. There was garbage in the closet. It was, I felt, overpriced for what we got.
5,0 Okay
Pros: The lady at the front desk was very nice and helpful. The location was fairly good to city center for the price.
Cons: The room was dingy, not lit well (overhead light did not work and had to go get another bulb for a table lamp)and the carpet was FILTHY AND STICKY! YUCK! It was cheap but could still have been cleaner. It's a low end joint so there you have it.
