Pros (+) Hands down the best staff I've encountered. Everyone, from the front desk to the housekeeping staff was friendly, helpful, and professional. That alone made the stay outstanding.
Cons (-) Minor material issues. Specifically the ice machine on the first floor wasn't working due to lack of parts. All in all, it was a minor inconvenience.
