Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praise the friendly and attentive service, convenient location near attractions, and the quality of the breakfast and dinner, often served in-room. Many appreciate the traditional Japanese atmosphere and spacious rooms. However, several reviews note that the hotel is quite dated, with some concerns about cleanliness and maintenance in certain areas. Overall, the positive experiences with staff, meals, and the authentic onsen experience outweigh the negatives for most guests.AI-generated from customer reviews
