Didnt have enough time to enjoy the facilities.
Room was a bit dark
The location of the hotel is in a charming place but very expensive. Doesn't justify from the price prospective.
The beds were not comfortable and the air condition system is very noisy. The hotel major renovation, you can smell damp carpet.
Excellent location, but the overall experience has slipped a little since we first started staying here. House keeping was varty good.
Attention to details. When you stay at a premium hotel, you expect everything to be close to perfect, and it used to be like that. Shower was way too small. The room key cards stopped working several times. Lukewarm tea was served in a coffee pot.
The patio in the evening
Overall it was a pleasant stay
Whether hosting a memorable group event, a romantic escape for two, or a friends' weekend, the Queen's Landing offers an unforgettable experience. Through gorgeous décor, elegant accommodations, and great location, the grand Georgian-style mansion creates a unique and quintessential Niagara getaway.
Situated just a few blocks from its sister hotel, Prince of Wales, in Niagara-on-the-Lake, Queen's Landing resembles a mansion more than a hotel. Located at the meeting point of the Niagara River and Lake Ontario, it is an ideal location for a romantic leisure getaway or a successful business meeting. The great location is also near a world-renowned theatre, charming boutiques, historic architecture, culinary masterpieces, and award-winning local wine.
The elegant 142 accommodations include both rooms and suites outfitted in Georgian-era décor. All rooms feature pillow-top mattresses with luxe linens, complimentary WiFi, and flat-screen TVs. More than half the rooms feature a jetted tub, a fireplace, or both. Luxurious bathrobes and a comfortable couch to curl up on also make guests feel right at home. Some higher level rooms facing the marina offer unbeatable views of the Niagara River.
Highlighted amenities at Queens Landing include an upscale restaurant that showcases harbor views and a stained glass ceiling. Tiara Restaurant offers meals that complement award-winning wines from the Niagara Region and vintages from around the world. There's also a casual Bacchus lounge that offers burgers. In addition, a fully equipped fitness center is available on site, with an indoor saltwater pool, hot tub, sauna, and exercise room.
A full range of meeting facilities are provided at Queens Landing, ranging from a magnificent Grand Georgian Ballroom, to more than a dozen smaller rooms for more intimate gatherings at a wonderful 21,731 square feet.
