The Prince of Wales Hotel is beautiful and located in such a wonderful town of Niagra-On_The Lake. We had a perfect stay here and enjoyed all the luxuries of the hotel plus all the beauty of the town. It couldn't have been better.
My boyfriend and I were so surprised and excited when we returned to the room after dinner to find a rose on the bed and Glenn Miller playing on the stereo system. Because we'd met swing dancing I was sure he'd somehow arranged it as a suprise but he swears it was a coincidence. It was such a nice touch and added to the romance of the trip. Plus, the room was large enough that we were even able to do a little swing dancing together!
Staff was amazing
The staff was utterly one of the BEST ever! From the front desk, to room service and JAKE the driver. Brunch on Sunday was lovely and well priced. Location was amazing.
1st floor room was in the way back with a parking lot view and smelly corridor near the kitchen. Also, outdoor pool not on premises.
