Pros:It was clean and spacious enough for all of us.
Cons:That the pool closed at 10.
Pros:Nothing.
Cons:We were told this was the Quality hotel near the Falls but it wasn't. We could not get a refund after we found out. The room was dusty as if no one had stayed there in awhile. The bathtub had mold. There was not much water pressure. When I told the front desk the lady had just said 'oh, hope you have a better time next time'. Very rude. Would not recommend to anyone. Would of rather saved money staying at Super 8 motel or sleeping in the car.
Cons:It was dirty all around (I had to wipe the entire room down before we unpacked anything because it was covered in dust and grime), no elevators, full size beds that were on metal frames, dirty shower with terrible water pressure, poor service. We requested extra pillows because there was only 2 on each bed, they only gave us 1 and refused anymore. They refused to give us an extra suitcase stand (with 4 people in a room there is more than 1 suitcase) the front desk man was rude to my daughter and said "only one per room" like she was going to steal it! They would not allow my kids to wrap up in the pool towels to walk up to the room, they had to run upstairs, soaking wet and freezing in just their bathing suits.
Cons:The staff were not so frindly have to whit long time tel they finished talking in the phones

Cons:Hotel is very dirty, pool was stinky and really dirty, water in it was foggy. We couldn't even go in it. I did not see any people there! Our bathroom was a disaster. Toilet was always getting clogged and the staff kept coming up with the plunger to unplug it. There was no lid on it! Towels are dirty! While wiping myself with one of it i end up with a big black hair all over my body. Almost made me puke! When we went to warm up our food in microwave it was horrible dirty, after seen it we all lost our appetites! We let stuff clean our room everyday ....all they did is just straighten up our beds...and took garbage out... horrible...horrible place and it wasnt cheep... Never ever we go here again!
Pros:The location was great, the staff was nice, the room was clean.
Cons:The walls were thin and the beds were a bit rough.

Cons:Very low quality, compared to typical quality inn hotels. No breakfast. Microwave oven was dirty. Shower head was slow, water does not drain fast, holes in the bath towels , bathroom door did not lock. A complete disappointment.
