Parking is extremely expensive, self park and valet parking is the same price $49CAD which is absolutely outrageous considering you can park across the street for 1/2 the price. The self park is under construction so you have to walk up stairs with your luggage and the valet parking wait times are horrible (today we had to wait a full 40 minutes for our car). They should consider giving guests a cheaper rate considering alll of the inconvenient construction that is going on. In addition to this front staff we’re not friendly, we asked for an upgrade in which we were willing to pay for and they acted as if it was a huge inconvenience. Not impressed at all, will not be staying at the Hilton again.
The location and the fact that it was accessible to all main interactions.
When we arrived in our room, we did not have an bath supplies ie, soaps and robes. An hour into us checking in, the facility lost power and was without for about two hours with no estimated time of restoration. Upon checkout, we noticed that the valet service damaged my boyfriends car and falsified a report stating that the car came in with damages. Only to have the security at the hotel review footage and proved otherwise. We have yet to be compensated for this even after a written and verbal agreement stating that we would be. Worst service ever!
Power went out. Had to walk up stairs, service sucked, worst stay ever.
Helpful and friendly staff, transparent pricing, great view, very clean, and everything is walking distance
The pillows, my only complaint.
The Location of the Hotel, and the room assigned, was probably the best I could ask for. the view on Niagara Falls, was truly great, high floor, and really enjoyablethe The famous Hilton Customer Service, wasn't really there, except when we checked out, the Lady at the checkout counter was sensational. she saved the day.
Goodness, that Hotel looked like it was 100 years old, and although major renovations are going on, we were not informed in advance, for example that Gym, was only accessible to neighbour hotel (4Points by Sheraton( truly inconvenient. Breakfast was rather like a railway station, ok, for a large hotel like this, expected, but too crowded. Other then that,
