Pros (+) The location was the best thing about this hotel. Right across the street from the Skywheel and walking distance to all the attractions on Clifton Hills and to the falls.
Cons (-) I didn't like that the indoor pool was not heated and the rooms could do with updating. The fire alarm went off at 2:45 am and everyone on our side of the building had to evacuate and then found out it was a false alarm.

Pros (+) Excellent location, walking distance to all the "Falls" attractions, vehicle parking is included in the price.
Cons (-) The rooms are dated and could use a make over, bedding is worn and tired but clean. Limited number of TV channels.

Cons (-) Hotel staff were rude and snotty to my group of friends. After a fun night, we were chased down by hotel staff to ensure only the correct number of people were in the room. We were a group of mature women returning from a fun night when staff followed us around to our rooms, wanted identification!!!. The WORST experience at a hotel. Further connection with hotel manager is underway. Never...ever.....

Pros (+) Hotel was located right next to Cliffton Hill, where all the main businesses and activities are located. You can easily walk to any of them with no trouble. The hotel may be a little old, but you shouldn't be there for the hotel. If you're in Niagara Falls you want the best experience to be near the falls, and this is a cheap price with free parking for the closest experience. Hotel staff was extr...
Cons (-) Heater was loud and did not have many options for turning down the amount of heat pushed out (even when I had it on low). It could also be a little loud by the street, but not too bad. Considering the price, those problems weren't bad at all, and I would have no question about staying there again.

Pros (+) The location was great and free parking and wifi.
Cons (-) The service was terrible. We were told we weren't good enough because one of our group was a local and suggested that we go somewhere else. The rooms were filthy, several things were broken or missing. The quality was poor and in the non-smoking section it reeked of smoke.
