Cons (-) We reserved a family room (double and a single). First room they tried to give us was 2 twins in a room without a door knob. Stains on the bed covers and an overall stink. After complaining to the owner they gave us a double with a twin all scrunched into a small room on the 4th floor (no lift).Mind you they said that all the rooms were booked and everyone checked in which was obviously a bald fac...
