Service was excellent - we had a credit card issue on arrival and my wife was feeling unwell, both these issues were dealt with really well by Elsa, who provided top-notch service.
We liked the stylish comfortable rooms. We loved the super clean bathrooms with lovely products and fluffy towels. We loved the excellent meal with superb service. We loved the lovely breakfast. What’s not to like? ♥️
Not one thing ♥️
Stunning hotel immaculately staffed, never disappoints
Friendly staff, very helpfull and attentive to your needs and enquiries Hotels location.
Hotel being an old building suffers from damp issues,,as black mould spots on window stone work surrounds, cleaning issue or just no post clean inspection performed?paying almost £200 for the room was not expecting to see that. Also noted other guests, closing corridor doors very noisily without due consideration for other guests in the corridor, with the hotel being clssaed as a 4 star hotel.
Great choice of breakfast ,we both chose the lighter option which was excellent,
Bedroom was very warm but we were able to open the door to the garden area which solved the problem.
