Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel for its friendly and helpful staff, excellent breakfast offerings, and overall cleanliness and comfort of the rooms. The location is highlighted as convenient, especially for visits to local attractions like the Beamish Museum. While many found the beds comfortable, there were several mentions of uncomfortable or dated beds in some rooms. Some guests noted minor issues such as dated decor, lack of air conditioning, or limited in-room amenities, but these did not significantly detract from the overall positive experience. The hotel is recommended for its service, cleanliness, and value.AI-generated from customer reviews
