Guests say
Guests consistently appreciated the hotel's convenient location, especially for work or family visits, and several reviews highlighted friendly and accommodating staff. However, there were significant concerns raised about security, cleanliness (including reports of bedbugs and dirty carpets), and noise disturbances from both within and outside the hotel. Amenities such as breakfast and parking received mixed feedback, with some guests finding them lacking or difficult to access. Overall, while many found the hotel suitable for short stays and praised aspects like easy check-in, others experienced notable issues that impacted their comfort and sense of safety.
