Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests frequently praised the comfort of the beds and the spaciousness of the rooms. Some guests also appreciated the location and the professionalism of the staff, especially when they were accommodating or helpful. However, cleanliness was a recurring concern, with several reviews mentioning stained furniture, old carpets, and cobwebs. Service experiences were mixed, with some guests noting exceptional staff while others experienced indifference or issues with check-in and customer service. Overall, while the hotel offers comfort and space, improvements in cleanliness and consistency of service are needed.

Pros (+) Everything is great about this hotel, but I chose to come back a second time because of the robotic room service! There was a robot concierge butler that came to my room and it really completed a great experience for me.
