I tried to call them so my wife’s first name could be added to the reservation as she would be checking in with our kids, first. I was instructed that such a modification could only be done via booking.com. I tried to figure out how to do that but then called the hotel back to ask them just to add the name as many hotels have done including them even with a booking.com reservation without prior incident. It ultimately escalated and I became angry
Need an urgent refresh. The hotel seems not to have been refreshed since the 80’s. The air conditioning machine is located directly in the room and makes noise. The windows are not noise proof. Rooms are small. Decoration is old.
The Sky-Light Lounge and the location.
The swimming pool opens late in the morning and then is too busy.
I didn’t like that the pool closed at 7:30 Also The drink machine was four dollars I only had one option and when it came out the bottle was messed up and the drink was flat and The elevator went crazy got stuck on it for 20 minutes wouldn’t go to my floor level
The room was too hot. The AC didn’t work. No discounts for first responders or military. Fee is too high for parking. Elevators were too small and we had to wait for one.
